a classic meal. they may be famous for steak, but if you are a liver lover, this is the place.

Excellent location, very nice place, great service and amazingly testing food. We just leave the place about 20minutes ago. Lost 2 $50.00 bills, God bless who ever finds them or bless me if that person return them back to me.

The service was great and thr atmosphere was epic! If only the food could be Better, it would be a five start restaurant....my stake was burnt and dry.....if you want have a glass of wine, it is great...but do not recommend the food.....

Excellent dining experience and a true Miami landmark. I think it takes a few visits to gain the full experience but you would be hard pressed to find a restaurant in Miami that is so true to its mission. I recommend getting to know the staff and asking the chef for his recommendations. It's also wise to book in advance.

The food was good for 3 out of the four of us. 2 Steaks were ordered butterflied; neither was butterflied. Food was brought that was for another table! Drinks were ordered and forgotten. We had to order them again. 1 steak was overcooked. Spoon was not brought for the soup that was ordered by my wife. The waiter was also the busboy. I hope this is not a trend.

Never disappointed. Chilled salad fork, professional waiters, table cloth and well over 1 million in painting sets the stage for a meal you'll remember.

The service was awesome, the atmosphere was perfect, and most importantly the food was magically delicious. Me and my wife are steak eaters and love steak sauce but none was needed on these steaks. It was awesome.

Food with real quality ingredients. Prices were reasonable. If it was closer to my home I would be here often.

We were there for Thanksgiving Dinner Its was Fabulous the reservations were made the same day for 8pm we got lucky & someone cancelled and they accommodated us in a corner due to my small children the waiter was just at our beck & call the place was full to the maximum capacity but the whole evening flowed so smoothly, the menu had a traditional thanksgiving meal option but we also were able to order steak & Chilean sea bass which was flaky so it was superbly prepared......5 Star experience for anyone with a gastronomist pallet & truly very elegant and the service was perfect my hat goes off to Leo which was more than accommodating. the decor is very traditional but the food is the max..

The food was very expensive and me and my wife expended the whole night sick vomiting and diarrhea, the steak was over cooked for my taste , I ask for rare and was more like medium well , bake Alaska really sucks. I never recommend this place to no one

Never disappoints, cesar salad, filet, oysters Rockefeller, great service. Hasn't changed except for the artwork and the table lamps.

Food is great, service attentive, but the drink prices are outrageous. They need a happy hour like Ruth's Chris. Give people a break. $12.50 for a gin and tonic is a stretch. We won't be back anytime soon.

My wife and I went 5 years ago went we got married and the experience, the food and service was absolutely perfect. Last night we went to celebrate our 5th anniversary and the experience was average. I mean, this is a $50+ per plate restaurant fine dining restaurant, and yes, you pay that much to get perfect service. I ordered a steak medium, and it came rare. They made a new one and it was as rear as the first one. They could not get it right twice. By they way, they brought the same side dish from the first plate with the new steak. Even in chillis bring you new side dishes with a new plate plus give you at the minimum some discount for the inconvenience. As to the waiter, he did a great job; he was knowledgeable about the menu and really caring, but the food was not near of what it was 5 years ago. To conclude, we did not get any concession for the inconvenience ending up paying full price for an incomplete service. I will not recommend it this time.

Wonderful atmosphere and attentive waiters and waitresses. Just left here for my anniversary weekend. My new go to place whenever I decide to come to Miami again.

The service from the staff was top-notch. I had the filet mignon with a caesar salad and the brownie with ice cream dessert. The filet mignon was ordered medium rare but came out medium which was good enough. My only complaint was that the Brownie wasn't soft and chewy but was a bit harder, probably because they were fairly thin. As long as you make sure you emphasize the temperature of your meat and avoid the brownie it's a nice cozy spot.

Love it! Great all time favorite amazing atmosphere and just over all Fancy experience. Do not go there with shorts on. Need to dress nice to go. Not cheap. Must try their Caesar Salad- The best in Miami maybe the best in Florida.

They accommodating and can handle allergy needs such as gluten free. We always have a great meal

A long time staple in Coral gables. Great steak but an amazing Chilean sea bass.

Tried this spot once with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoy the fantastic vibes and delightful dishes and beverages. Great work.

We have been coming here for years. Great business venue for quiet dinners where you can hear the conversation around the table . Food has always been very consistent even through chef changes. Ambiance and atmosphere are cozy NY steak house. Highly reccomend

We arrived at this place for dinner. we heard about this place from many people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we felt very good. The meal was delicious. We loved this restaurant a lot and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.

Best Steakhouse experience in Miami with the food to match.

Certainly a top place in the area. I'll return with my relatives. My apartment is far from here, so I can't visit often.

Christy's is pretty well known around here. You can get a good steak or piece of fish, no doubt. I'm a healthy eater and I'm not a big fan, unfortunately. There are no salads on the menu except for a Caesar salad that comes with your entree. You can request a house salad instead, which is just greens/tomatoes and oil/vinegar. Almost every side is made with butter or at least a lot of oil. The menu is pretty small and the prices are pretty high. The atmosphere is like a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse but smaller and more homely. It's not bad but it's also a little old feeling. The service at our most recent visit was pretty rough. Again the steak and fish were delicious, but everything else made me feel pretty disappointed. If you love meat and butter and don't care for healthy eating, you will probably be satisfied.

One the best places for lunch or dinner.Small and personable. Once they meet you and you go back ,they treat you in and your guests so well.The food is exellent

This was one of my favorites until tonight. Had reservations had to wait 30 minutes to be seated and was shown to a table cramped by the door in a private room where there was a private party. When told that was all they had or we had to wait another 30+ minutes we expressed dissatisfaction and some rude manager Richard pretty much told us take it or leave it. Well we left had a great dinner with great service at Fleming's. Christy is not what it was, go to Fleming instead.

So grateful to have this staple back for the community. Chris (owner) has managed to bring back the same flair the restaurant has always had and maintains its great reputation. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a delicious dinner in our favorite restaurant. The artwork and decor has been spruced up for all audiences. We each had a Caesar salad and filet cooked to perfection. They have an impecable wine selection to capture a variety of pallets. Great food and art isn t enough, the exceptional service that is always provided when we go is what really makes us come back. They have an amazing team and we cannot wait to enjoy another fabulous date night.

Good for accommodating a big group, food is good, make sure to ask for the regular menu when dining in a grouped room.

My best dishes that I can t avoid to eat when I go there are the Crab cake and Escargot. WOW

Awesome food! Just it was my Birthday and my sister told them even put in reservation and waiter forgot.

This spot sure knows how to satisfy their customers. Regularly with a super friendly mindset. The food is fairly priced, always yummy and clean.

So happy Christys is back. We went as soon as a table was open. Always the perfect spot to relax, celebrate or have a cocktail.

Best steak in Coral Gables, the staff is friendly and very professional, the Restaurant was out my list for a while but for the last year every visit has been better and better to become my favorite Steakhouse in the City.

This restaurant was recommended by the Hotel I'm staying at... I will make sure to let the young man know who recommended Christy's that perhaps another restaurant should be recommended.

Prime Rib: Please look at the photo I posted. I really enjoy prime rib, and I understand that fat is " par for the course " but I had, for the very first time, bone in my prime rib, and way too much fat, as evidenced by the pic. All that was waste.

Sauteed mushrooms : over- seasoned... which covered the flavor of the mushrooms, and interfered with my palette for the prime rib. I ate two table spoons full. Just disappointing.

Mashed potatoes : Christy's got this right.

Creme brulee: I could be a creme brulee judge. Their creme brulee was one step above average. I would *never* order it again. I had three spoon fulls, and could not get over it.

Cappuccino: Best part of the meal, delicious.

Free ceasar salad: I did not get a free salad. I would think it comes with Prime Rib.

Onion soup : tasty.

The waiter was pleasant, but seemed to disappear when he asked how I liked the brulee. When I said barely a pass, on a pass/ fail judgment system... I never saw him again. Someone else presented my check, and settled my card.

So, for one man dining, 104.00 check, and I left a little hungry. If I went to the movies after I had dinner, I had room for popcorn!

There must be better places for steak than this????!!!!

I've been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years.

Admittedly, they had a slump, but they are clearly out of it!

Tonight, I had one of the best steaks I have ever eaten!

This is a classic steak restaurant in Miami who has the best Caesar Salad, some of the finest meat and fish, with the best Baked Alaska for dessert.

Worth every bit they charge on their menue.

This is a Miami classic and worth every penny they charge.

Very romantic setting, it's located off of the madness in coral gables which is great. No valet was available which was unfortunate. Great service from our waiters and entree was delicious. Definitely recommend

The classic has not lost its touch. The steak was cooked to perfection. The attention of the wait staff was on point. And the ceasar salad. OMG that ceasar is the absolute best I've ever had. Get your wallet ready for the hit but it's worth it.

A classic Coral Gables institution. Still the best Caesar salad in Miami after all these years. Heartbroken that they don't have the fried shrimp any more, but the steaks are still on point. The ambiance and service are on point for a traditional steakhouse.
