I approached Laurie after beginning the loan process with a different lender. I was looking for a lender that can give clear in-depth explanations and offer competitive rates. Working with Laurie helped me feel at ease during the process.

Laurie is an excellent communicator and a hard worker. To top it all off, her rates were also the best I was offered! Laurie provided fast and detailed responses to all of my many, many questions that came through phone, text and email. At each step during the process it was clearly explained to me what is being done, and will be done next. I felt that the process was very transparent which was great for me as a first time buyer.

We closed on my home in about 4 weeks and I received excellent service the entire time without exception. 5 stars to Laurie for terrific customer service. I plan to continue working with her and will gladly refer my friends and family.
