Our experience with Kristen Dusseau exceeded our expectations. We've heard many horror stories about the loan process and closing. Fortunately, we had Kristen as our guide and she made sure we had nothing to worry about. Kristen was extremely accessible, incredibly thorough, and constantly pleasant. We always felt comfortable asking questions. Her efforts to educate us on the process and how to protect ourselves financially in the future were appreciated. At our closing we were so prepared we were able to actually relax and enjoy the process. I will make sure that I recommend Kristen to all of our friends who are looking to purchase a home. Working with her was an absolute delight. She is one of the best in the industry!
