Car park very handy to ChCh Town Hall. Reasonable cost no hassle.

Hadn't Ben for ages was disappointed your machines only took notes not coins won't be hurrying back

Comfortable environment Played roulette couldnt understand why my numbers different to ones being shown on screen in front of me After sometime found screen far to the right of me was linked to mine not the one directly in front Need to fix this sort of issue!!!

The only Casino in the city of Christchurch. Not as big. Still a cool place to hangout. Maybe place a bit of bets. Something better in city of Christchurch to pass time as everything closes early atleast Casino is open till late

Security here have no clue what they're doing. They are rude and obviously would prefer to have a power trip over keep people who are spending decent amounts of money to enjoy themselves. Will not be returning to this appalling excuse of so called 'Premier Entertainment.' Staff need to realise how damaging their actions can be to the businesses reputation.

Average to midline.i did win but omg the service has gone to the dogs. Very good at the gaming tables but paleeeez watch who come in now the standard of dresss is disgusting. Bring back some form of decorum.

Good food up at Monza. Downstairs bar is good now its extended. A shame the buffet has gone though.

Went in for my kids birthday breakfast which is buffet style good selection & when items got low they were topped up immediately

At u s the service was very slow, but the money was taken away. The floorman at poker didn't even know about the buy-in min / max and had to read it. Unfortunately, in poker, the dealers were a bit inattentive and did not lead the game. It was partly crisscrossed and bedded. For a casino that offers WPC tournaments, that's not possible! Unthinkable in Europe!
Hence only 3 stars.

Been here twice now on my visit to Christchurch. More just to watch everyone throw their money away, some do have a win but not all. Had dinner this time- pizza special night it was.

Christchurch Casino, Not just the place to go if you like to try your luck on the pokies or sit in on the gaming table but with live entertainment several bars two restaurant's and The Casino has poor table gaming facilities It s full of poker machines Average eating options Staff not very friendly It s an average place and would recommend you save your time and money for the Star in Auckland

Chilled ambience, relaxing, soft music, mainly a silver mature crowd during the day. Don't forget to bring an official ID if youth is on your side, the door guard is quite strict. Food is just alright, not amazing, but not horrible either. Smoker's lounge on the second floor. Discount parking if you're a Casino Players Club Member. The atmosphere seems a bit dull for youngsters or tourists, so I don't recommend coming here if you only have a few days to explore around Christchurch.

Sometimes you win sometimes you lose and both of those feelings are better than not going
