Sold us a home and failed to disclose that they were building 20 rental units up the street that significantly devalue our property. Screamed at me (young woman) when my husband and I decided to change the method of financing our home. Our neighborhood is upset with the owner of Great Peaks for giving so little consideration to our property values and value of life. They have provided 10 - single stall garages for these 20 units and expect the neighborhood to calmly "deal" with these renters parking on the street in front of our $300,000 + homes. This doesn't comply with the CCR, but Great Peaks doesn't care.
