I have used ChiroTouch for years in Illinois and I just tried to use it again when I moved to California and when I signed up they said that I would have 1 month free and I can cancel at anytime trying the service. In order to proceed with the service they make you sign 1 year service agreement and they failed on doing data conversion so I couldn't use the software and they so left me cold after downloading the software and wasting time. Then they told me that I need to pay for 1 year for service that I didn't even use since I am not using ChiroTouch. To cancel the service you have to on phone answering so many questions and they still won't let you cancel when Micah who signed me up said that I can cancel without obligation. Even when I was using them in Illinois whenever they do updates I had to be on phone for hours trying to explain to each agent and they have problem with communication.

Laurence Peppler was terrific in answering my questions, taking the time to ensure I knew the why as well as the what in the software. He understood my suggestions for enhancements and was honest to let me know what was possible and what was unlikely to change and why. The software can do a lot for sure. The hardest part for me was allowing time for me and my staff to absorb the training, take the time to use the software and then return to the training videos to absorb more. Now that I am in the groove with the software I can make the macros streamline to how I do things and navigate the software easily. The time savings is growing and growing now that I invested the training time and have used the software. Giving myself permission to relax about the not knowing and allowing to grow into it's capabilities was a challenge in the beginning. The software offers more than I utilize and gives me back the time now that I know it and can use it for my style and everyday applications.

Updated: I signed up for their cloud offering and spent thousands digitizing all documentation and getting it in the system. Within a couple months they closed it down and I had to spend thousands to get all the information out and switched to their desktop software ChiroTouch. I was told I didn't need new computers and could run it wirelessly and did not need an IT team. I have had to purchase all new computers, run wiring and pay IT to come. Some services are odd like the patient sign in. You have to buy an ipad (large size up to $1,000) to do that where as if they set it up on a all in one you could get a large one people can read for under $300. Our contract is up in October and we will be looking to Genesis or ChiroFusion. They aren't as feature rich but are cloud based and don't require the $20,000 overhead. ChiroTouch is making progress but seems to be getting outpaced by the other two software.

ChiroTouch has made every aspect of practice, both front office & back office a breeze. Myself and my husband just hit 1 year being in practice, and having efficient software like CT has made the transition into practice easier than we could have imagined. We are both not the most tech- savvy people, so we appreciate how user friendly the program is.

We have CT on 3 computers and 5 iPads around the office and have ran into NO problems. When we were unsure how to go about changing settings, and completing updates, the customer service was there, friendly, patient and helpful. We will never change our software because ChiroTouch is always an email/ phone call away.

All of our patient files are so organized because we utilize every aspect of the program. Because we have multiple people using CT (2 to 3 DCs and 1 receptionist), being organized, being able to add notes regarding dates billed, insurance information, and what the visit consisted of has kept of office systems clean and efficient.

I have used Chirotouch for 10 years. I think its a great option for the cost and features it provides. We have used it for a non-insurance cash like practice up in Canada. We do not use the billing portion of the software, however have adapted the other features for our use. The team at Chirotouch all personable and well educated on their software. I highly recommend it.

It is an alright software but there support staff ...

It is an alright software but there support staff is TERRIBLE and as far as updating there support staff says they send out emails to have you schedule and I have never received one to my inbox ( yes they have verified my email multiple times.) Then when they received my request wanting to update they say I have to wait until a newer version is released. As of now... I am on apparently a 2 year old version and have to wait a while to update.

Worst experience. Application will not update without you paying them $1000's (WONT WORK IF YOU DON'T UPDATE) . Do not get this software, huge rip off. Probably the worst business decision I have made running a practice.

The chirotouch platform and support are second to ...

The chirotouch platform and support are second to none. We have used other EHR software and Chirotouch has consistently delivered with top notch server side and client facing support for our clinics. There are outstanding options in the platform as well as a wide array of outside integrations that make chirotouch stand out above the competition. We will continue to use Chirotouch for our clinics. Thanks team!

Just paid my staff 3 hours in an effort to resolve an issue we're having. At the end of our 3 hour "chat" with "Irene F", I was told that my concern needed escalated to further investigate and get back to me. I then asked for a manager name and phone number and good old "Irene F" said she did apologize but she could only provide me with a case number and that someone would contact me regarding this issue??? So, their customer service has no managers with names and phone numbers??????????????????????????

We changed from Eclipse to Chirotouch almost 4 years ago. Initially things were great. Training and switch over went better than expected. Then attention started to fade. Support's typical answer was "It's a glitch in your system". Uh... yeah so fix it! No such follow-through. Now we have been having a problem since August with no resolution. We were told that we were a low priority. What we paid our support contract why aren't you supporting us? Nobody has an answer. We asked 4 time to talk to a manager. we were told it would take 2-3 days for a return call. Weeks later we're still waiting. They won't even give us an E mail address for a manager. I would strongly suggest investigating all other software before purchasing Chirotouch. You've been warned.

ChiroTouch is a very time consuming and clunky software. It requires full time staff devoted to implementation of the software. They make it seem like it is easy to integrate, but it is not. At my office, we didn't get our software up and running in the 45 days required in their contract, so we got locked in to a full year commitment. When we tried to implement their online scheduling system, we quickly realized that it was going to cost us a lot of business by not allowing patients to book the same day online. There was no way to see the online booking system in the program demo. After we told them that ChiroTouch wasn't going to work for us, they told us that we still were required to pay for a year of service. Even though we did not go live with the software, even though we did not use it. It seems like if they were truly confident in their software, they wouldn't have to scam people by locking them into a contract for software that they didn't even use.

We absolutely depend on Chirotouch. Been with them for 10plus years and have seem my practice quadruple in size over that time. The ability to remotely schedule appointments and send out automated reminders has tripled my patient compliance percentages.. They are always coming up with creative new features and they update 2-3 times a year and the support is awesome and has saved us many times. Best professional decision I've ever made was buying chirotouch

Lynette Conroy and Tami Howard are the BEST trainers. They have been so patient, helpful and hardworking with our team. I couldn't have asked for any better. Any tiny question we have had they knew it quickly and showed us how to do it with ease. I am so impressed with Lynette's team. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I made the shift to CT from the advice of Dr. Owens and Dr. Studin. As a seasoned practitioner, you get used to doing things your way - so initially I was a little overwhelmed. I reached out to Laurence Peppler from the support team and he has gone over and above making my transition to CT a success. My documentation is honed in to my liking, and I am now more compliant than ever. I cant say enough good things about Laurence and the CT team.

This is the best decision for our business that my husband ever made. It may have saved our marriage ! LOL
I am saving so much time on my billing and patient recalls and once my staff learned it has made all of our lives easier, which means our patient care has dramatically improved ! Thank you to all the training and support as they have been amazing . 6 months later and still amazed by the software and the support has been world class - they are always so good!
