We changed from Eclipse to Chirotouch almost 4 years ago. Initially things were great. Training and switch over went better than expected. Then attention started to fade. Support's typical answer was "It's a glitch in your system". Uh... yeah so fix it! No such follow-through. Now we have been having a problem since August with no resolution. We were told that we were a low priority. What we paid our support contract why aren't you supporting us? Nobody has an answer. We asked 4 time to talk to a manager. we were told it would take 2-3 days for a return call. Weeks later we're still waiting. They won't even give us an E mail address for a manager. I would strongly suggest investigating all other software before purchasing Chirotouch. You've been warned.
