I always feel great after a session. Quick and easy!

Zzzzzz.. that s what s it s like for me now when I lay down to go to sleep.. I actually sleep.. thanks ChiroRx just been 2 sessions . I walk out feeling much better than when I walked in. Not to mention everyone s great personalities and the professionalism portrayed by the staff happy patient.

Brought my 4 month old in because he was favoring the right side of his head. It was so hard to get him to turn his head to the left. After bringing him in to see Dr Berg a few times it was a night and day difference. I have also seen both Drs and they are so amazing! Definitely recommend for everyone from infants to adults!

Extremely friendly and thorough. They explained every step and procedure to me and made it a comfortable experience.

Through negligence on the part of the staff, they charged me out of pocket for the additional therapies beyond adjustments TENS unit and roller even though my health insurance covered it. When my insurance reimbursed me for $311.00, they held onto it. They have now been paid twice by me, out of pocket, and by my insurer. My last appointment was in mid December. It is now March and they still have not returned my money, despite regular calls from me reminding them. Don t visit this business if you want to be billed fairly. At this point I plan on filing a claim.

I do want to note that Chase, the younger chiropractor, is wonderful. I know he has nothing to do with the business practices in this establishment and is an excellent doctor.

I had my initial evaluation today and afterwards had relief of my aches and pains. Professional and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Very satisfied with timely service and thorough explanations of procedures, therapy, and questions. I look forward to being a regular patient. Highly recommend!

My daughter had miss 15 days of school due to chronic migraines. I talked with her primary and they only wanted to give a prescription. I wasn't ready to put a nine year old girl on med's that could have lasting side effects.

I called ChiroRx asking if they could help her. My daughter was nervous to start with, within minutes the doctors and staff made her feel comfortable and reassured me I made the right choice of coming to them. After a few visits, she has been migraine free!!!! She loves coming into the office and seeing everyone, always with a smile!

I ve been going to Chiro Rx for several years and have had a great experience overall!
The office is clean and well-maintained, the staff always friendly and helpful and above all, I always feel a thousand times better after getting an adjustment. I always look forward to my appointments and enjoy relaxing on the roller bed afterwards.
I have moved 4 hours away from Grand Forks but when I m in town to visit family, I like to go in for an adjustment and I m always impressed at how quickly I can get in. Their office hours can accommodate a variety of schedules, and I almost never have a wait when I get there.
They also put on fun events such as patient appreciation days and ladies night, where there s always a fun giveaway and refreshments.
I ve seen comments where people talked about being charged extra for services their insurance is supposed to cover, and I ve never experienced that.
I have recommend (and will keep recommending) Chiro Rx to anyone I know that s looking for fantastic care and atmosphere!

Great place to deal with amazing people flexible scheduling and great customer service

I am so amazed how ChiroRx has changed my life.. I was getting to the point where I could not walk properly, barely go up and down the stairs, could not go to wedding dances and dance, could not work out which I love to do ...all because of my knee. (Which affected my hip And IT band). I was getting pretty depressed as no doctor could help me and I had tried for many many years. A student of mine said he went to CHIRORX and they fixed his knee. I was skeptical. How can a chiropractor fix your knee? After my initial evaluation they did some simple things to help with my pain and I felt pretty good, I thought it was a fluke but I decided to keep going. After about 12 weeks of therapy I am feeling better than I did when I was 20 yrs old and I m 53 now. I totally recommend giving it a try if you are experiencing any kind of back, knee shoulder pain etc !! Great for IT band issues that are a real pain to fix. I still can t believe how good I feel. I go just once a month now. I recommend following the stretches they tell you today. I actually look forward to doing them as I can tell they help. Good luck I hope they can fix you like they fixed me!!

Facility and experience is what it should be, the billings and billing process is completely ridiculous. Bills were ran through insurance twice, lied about when they actually sent them, and lied about what my insurance told them.
If you decide to go here, double check with your insurance and their policy of coverage BEFORE going so they can't lie to you also. Go elsewhere, DO NOT RECOMMEND

They take really good care of me. The staff is friendly. Both Dr.s know what there doing though some stuff don t feel good at the time I always leave feeling better. Also I work long hours and they still find ways to fit me in.

Everyone there is super friendly. I was nervous about going to a chiro and held off for years. Huge mistake, ChiroRX made me comfortable enough to give them a try. They fixed issues I didn't realize could be fixed by adjustments. :)

Recently moved from Grand Forks to St. Paul. Still cannot find a better chiropractor! Dr. Berg is the best and have been seeing him for 10 years. No more migraines, little to no more pain. He even helped with moving my breech baby. Look no further, he is the man! Staff is always helpful, friendly and courteous!

I have been going To Chiro Rx for years now and love it. Dr. Dahlen Has some secret moves that keep me going! He is been helpful in working on my knees for alignment flexibility and mobility. My knees are pain-free now. He also has helped with my back tremendously! I am pain free now for most part. I go each week by my choice to keep up the maintenance of adjustment. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming they always thank me for my visit too. They are so nice I would still go there just to say hi to the whole friendly crew. Thank you so much Chiro Rx! Over the last year, I have been adjusted by Dr. Berg for various reasons such as weight lifting accidents, headaches, and day to day soreness. The treatment plan and other therapies that were offered helped immensely! On multiple occasions I was able to walk out of his clinic feeling rejuvenated and pain free! Not to mention, I have always been able to call and get in that VERY day. Dr. Berg is time efficient yet very personable and makes you feel like a valued patient. 10 times better than I was chronically feeling before

Chiropractic care is amazing, and they do payment plans. However the billing is horrible and always makes mistakes, sending out wrong totals for statements and fees.

I was having chronic migraines and I finally decided to go to ChiroRx. I feel instantly better when leaving the office. The staff and the doctors are so incredible and treat you like family. My entire family see both doctors. I recommend them to anyone!

Didn t even know or notice my neck doesn t turn same degrees as right as left thanks to them I know and we can go about correcting it and other issues
