Through negligence on the part of the staff, they charged me out of pocket for the additional therapies beyond adjustments TENS unit and roller even though my health insurance covered it. When my insurance reimbursed me for $311.00, they held onto it. They have now been paid twice by me, out of pocket, and by my insurer. My last appointment was in mid December. It is now March and they still have not returned my money, despite regular calls from me reminding them. Don t visit this business if you want to be billed fairly. At this point I plan on filing a claim.

I do want to note that Chase, the younger chiropractor, is wonderful. I know he has nothing to do with the business practices in this establishment and is an excellent doctor.
