We love the Ocean view and Restaurant attached to the Hotel.

They were super friendly, but the food was strange.

Tried to eat in the bar, after 90 minutes and two different servers we tried to close out our tab and were notified that our food had not even been started yet! We had to track the server down several times, after 90 minutes we managed to be served 1 glass of wine each. Never received our appetizers, never received or second round of drinks, never offered an explanation of any kind. Will not be returning..

The shuttle service was very convenient and well-organized. However we are non-smokers, and when we entered the casino there was absolutely no place we could go where we did not smell smoke. There was one restaurant upstairs that seemed better ventilated than all the rest of the areas but there was smoking throughout that restaurant as well. Even the area that was designated as non-smoking was not adequately separated from the smoking area as there were wide open windows between it and the smoking slots. We probably will never be back.

Loved it , machines are tight.you don't hear very money jackpots won.

The casino is very smoky, but great atmosphere and staff.

They have child care near the casino with an arcade and structural play area for a good price.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean views.

Food in the restaurants is amazing but slightly spendy. Hit the buffet early on slow days or some of the food could be dried out.

We are here twice a year at least and love it, we come back year after year. It's a beautiful, relaxing place to visit right on the Pacific Ocean.

Chinook winds casino is an awesome place to go and have fun, located in Lincoln City, Oregon it has a beautiful few of the ocean from the restaurant! And for those non smokers there are lots of room to play in a non smoking area! The people who work there are very friendly and professional services and will do everything possible to make your stay there an enjoyable one

It has really changed a lot for the better. Staff is really helpful. Their machines win and lose but they don't take your money all at one time.

Rooms are clean and quite. Foods not bad but for the price should be better. Gambling odds are in there favor just like anywhere. Overall its a nice get away.

Due to the opening of alien a it seems like chinook winds has lost customers it's still a very nice place to go

Everyone seemed more local, none of the employee's were friendly except maybe those at the door.

We arrived and were promptly greeted. Chinook winds is very pleasant, and exactly as we expected. We did not stay the night so cannot review the rooms. However the service we did receive was exemplary.

First time to Chinook Winds in Lincoln City. Think they're slogan of its better at the beach is right on. The casino is clean and well laid out. That was there for a meeting and found the room to be very good.

It was great. Really enjoyed playing there.only one thing I was p-----off about.really roued man was picking on me. Threatend to kick me out.no worning just was really rood . My slipped and my nose was exsposed not all the way but had slipped.sorry I have a small nose, so that just don't stay up..so other then that it was ok..

Went there to eat and really enjoyed the food. The waitress was very good at her job and took excellent care of us. The quality of the food was excellent. Prices were modest and the ambiance was great. Can't wait to go back.

The beach is beautiful. The weather was perfect the day we were there. Had my dog and she got to run around like a puppy, she an old girl. But loves the beach.

Marie and Teresa in the banquet and event center are the best in the West! I highly recommend their services. Hold your event there, you'll be glad you did.

Staff was very helpful what little staff there was I feel like they were grossly understaffed they had an issue and lost power to many of the machines which wasnt there fault but took forever to find any staff at all to help definately wouldn't recommend the buffet the slots were ok but wouldn't recommend the hotel other than the views from the room

This was a fun place to stop and gamble, very clean, no smoking, great restaurants inside. The staff was nice, friendly and were helpful. The view was very nice and they have a great variety of slot machines and tables. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this relaxed beachfront casino resort off Highway 101 is 2 miles from Devils Lake State Recreation Area. We hung out here one day when the weather wasn't great, we enjoyed our time here.

Love staying at this location in the suit building. Easy access to the beach. Great ocean view from our room. Close to the casino. Hot tub over looking the beach and small workout room. Always clean and great service.

Its just slots ...Nothing new .i am well off .But the ones that are not. . Be careful Casinos for vacation or fun the odds are against You. Been gambling a long time seen people. Upset because they lost .But Casinos would Not make money if the odds where good .They say they are fair but you put 100 people in there with 1000 bucks on slots 5 percent would come out winners .that sounds fair...!!!!!

Always super clean. Staff always friendly and informative. Updated games... intermixed with older slots. Table games not overly crowded, and the food as always was just amazing. Just horrible parking, and not safe feeling. And of course BINGO!

Consistent for casinos. I willingly donated and they graciously accepted.

Nice casino, GREAT food at the buffet, and an extremely large selection... its our choice of buffet over any other we have been to, including the buffets in reno or vegas. spirit mountain casino is the winner by a far margin... as for the assorted slot machines, I wouldnt waste my time or money, as they will take your money quickly without even giving enough back to keep playing for a reasonable amount of time... and whatever happened to the $5 blackjack tables?... only the rich can afford to gamble here, but otherwise its a nice place...

One of my husband's and my favorite places to go. Lots of options for food and play. Their suites are AMAZING!!!

I've only been to Vegas casinos. This one is quite different...duh! Good table games, more chances to win on slot machines, cheap tasty buffet and food choices. Amazing ocean view!!! Enjoyed my play and stay here. Hope to come back soon!

Awesome location for a Casino! Right on the beach. Plenty of machines and a decent buffet... Hotel on site. Lots of parking. RV accessible. Valet as well.

Came for a concert and didnt know what to expect of the venue as we hadn't been here before. The room where the concert was at was great. Comfortable seating, plenty of leg room, restrooms on either side of the room, and great view of the stage from wherever your seat is. I would definitely come back!!

They have a nice little deli with reasonable prices. We love the clam strips. The casino has friendly service and it's clean.

Clean prices are good , location is great . Indoor pool , good restaurants .

Do not order Calamari . It is literally fish sticks. Crab was rotten. Terrible drink services.

Would be 5 star if they had better ventilation to get rid og the cig. smoke. Would also be nice if the nonsmoking section was larger and had more of the newer machines.

Very safe, has a check in point and cleaning is non stop.

New games everytime we come about 1 to 2 times a year. Fun and friendly atmosphere. Love the Blake shelton game it was so fun.

It was great to have a lot of fun at Casino. My wife enjoyed the Bingo with her friend while I was playing craps with my friend. However, the table dealers are not quite friendly compared to other near casinos. Hope they improve the attitude and better services.

I got to the suite here and the first step in I smell pot, the internet is free but it doesn't work, then I was rudely awakened by a foul-mouthed man in the next room at midnight, and the room has quite a lot of water damage. Somethings need to really be fixed around here, I think it's a beautiful view and nice staff, but things just have been going downhill for years now.

Very busy because it was NYE. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing negative here. We didn't go to eat we went to gamble. Fun.

When I initial walked in, I was stunned at all the games. This was the first casino I've attended but it seemed they had a nice variety of digital slot machines and some old school ones. Along with smoking and non smoking areas. A good amount of blackjack and poker tables as well. The buffet was very good as well.

Had a great 5 days at chinook winds. The Buffet was great, and the people are all so friendly and accommodating. Going back next month

Had a great time here. Lost some money won some money. Then lost it again. Still had a lot of fun. More than i thought i could have loseing money.

Rooms are in NEED of renovation! For the price, we would have stayed at a air b and b.

I suppose as far as gambling establishments go, this one is pretty good. Loooots of different types of gambling - poker tables with private areas, billiard room with tables as far as eye can see, rows upon rows of slots. however I did not gamble when I went so I can't attest to this portion exactly... We just had dinner at the buffet.
So the food was hit and miss. There were MANY different dessert selections-even a few sugar free options- most just ok, salad bar, and tons of entrees. The dinners were very starchy and the only dish I could see that had vegetables (besides the 'vegetable dish' which was icky) was the pot roast (carrots), which was by far the best food I tried. Very very good pot roast meat. Buffet food was more like a 4/5*s (gambling probably 5/5), but I rate this as 3 because the hostess was cold and not smiling, and her and all the 'servers' were super rude to me-even accusing us of stealing after they saw us pay! I tipped her anyway because she started being nicer and more attentive after she probably heard me say 'we don't have tip them right? Since we get the food ourselves?'. Anyway, I would totally go back to try the gambling part (I'm not a big gambler, but I like pool and they have HUNDREDS of tables there), the buffet was not a total loss- only was one dessert so gross I had to spit it out, and the service being crappy doesn't really matter so much in a place such as this. I would not warn people against going, but I wouldn't say it was amazing either.

Smoking is allowed in the facility, kind of unpleasant. But everything else is awesome!

Came to check out the casino, had a good time. The smoke was overwhelming, the non-smoking area was confined to a smaller space. Otherwise, had a good time.

We had a good time with family. We love slot machines so we visit a lot of casinos. It's not our favorite but it is at the beach!

Great place to get a drink or hang out at while at the coast. The covid precautions are awesome.

This is my first time ever seeing a ocean and my room was spectacular with walk out beachfront view and access. I'm very happy and comfortable and I will definitely return and pass the word.

Sparsely crowded and temperature checks upon entering. Cleaning machines between customers and instructions for patrons posted throughout.

Although they've shut down the tables and buffet, it's completely understandable. Both my wife and I came out ahead. The food from the restaurant was amazing and our waitress was incredible.

The buffet food was cold. For the price I expect better. 2nd time we went for there seafood and both times cold food. I will not be wasting my money again.

Came for a catered company anniversary party. The dinner food was very well cooked and delicious, the apple crumble for dessert was the worst apple crumble I've ever had (but the home made whipped cream was good.)
The drinks are (as to be expected) very expensive, but also pretty stiff.
I dont gamble so I can't say anything about the floor. Went to the club upstairs to party after the company gathering. Long line for drinks, but a pretty friendly and safe environment, the DJ was good, played familiar type songs (think white wedding reception songs DJ but mixed beats and custom drops) that were familiar enough to keep a very diverse crowd entertained.
The hotel is not connected to the casino, so it's a nice late night walk back to the room. The room was a tad out of date, but very clean. Comfortable bed, ample blankets, scalding hot shower and (from the looks of it) pretty good TV options too. I had a great time there.

The Dwight Yoakam show was fabulous! The crowded casino and lack of ventilation with everyone smoking was terrible.

The dealer was so unplesant I decided to leave. I was even winning. I decided to walk with my winnings and avoid the negativity.
