Crowded! No sense of order when you enter. The customers decided we ll just remember who was next in line. I could see the hostess s heart sink when we said no to a seat at the bar.

The liquor was flowing. We passed loud boisterous tables full of laughter and shouts of delight. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. Long Island ice tea was flavorful.

I ordered rare steak 10 oz sirloin, it was perfect. My wife s 1/2 rack of ribs was dry, over cooked and not fall off the bone she was disappointed but hungry.

The other problem we had was the meal arrived not long after the appetizer, stacking food on top of food.

For a Thursday to be this busy and they get behind? I d hate to see Friday or Saturday. Obviously the kitchen couldn t keep up. Maybe the strong drinks was the compromise?
