Great food great price....our server was super fri...

Great food great price....our server was super friendly(purple hair) the menu selection was good as we were just in for a quick bite we got the 3 for $10 special the serving size is big for such a small price kudos Chilli's will always be back!!!

Not the best Chili s I have been to my salad was drenched in dressing they forgot the tortilla strips the avocado was brown and chicken was cold, the nacho chips and salsa well the chips were very dark brown/burnt, my daughter said hers tasted like a microwave dinner hot around the outside cold in the middle so she only ate the outside the cheese sauce on top was also cold for her meal I wasted 80$ on food I wouldn t feed my dog we all left half our meal and the only reason we ate half was because non of us ate breakfast and we were starving! Sorry I won t be back

Service from my waitress was horrible. I believe she may have been, and excuse me... Intoxicated or drugs. She was very rude to the children. Forgot to put the order in to the chefs. Others who arrived long after us, receive their meal before we did. This may not be your experience, but that was mine.

Very bad problem solving by the management. Food was cold and dry. Don't order alcohol drinks from there If you want alcohol in it because you won't get it. If you complain they will charge you to put alcohol in it

I have been craving chilli's so decided to go this...

I have been craving chilli's so decided to go this past weekend it was terrible. Not only was the light over us filled with dust and food inside but there was a couple things I didn't like. When carrying out drinks some ice had fallen and the waitress stopped and put the ice back into one of the cups with her hand before serving it someone. The same waitress was making a drink at the bar and dropped the mixing cup into the glass she then reached in a grabbed it out. This drink was also finished and served to someone. I will not be back to this chilli's again I will go to a nearby location next time.

Our waitress was amazing. The food was good. I would recommend the big bacon burger, I forget what exactly it was called. Kids menus was extensive, more options than i was expecting. Plenty of parking. All around a great stop. They have low/no grease options if the airport is your next stop.

You know that episode in the office where Micheal goes to Chilis for a business deal. It was like that. The food was good and the staff is nice. Maybe a bit too nice, I always appreciate checks up but I don't need to asked every 10 mins if my food was good... It was good though.

WOULD NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! I deliver for door dash sometimes and this place is terrible the staff is full of fake people who have the worst smiles that you can tell are fake. On top of that I always catch the employees digging in the customers food and having fries and broccoli or whatever they can get there hands on. So if you want to have secondhand picked thru food I would come here you ll love it

Went to eat lunch today. I will say every time I go it's the worst customer service ever. From the time we sat at the bar the bartender wasn't attentive or friendly. She didn't ask if we needed anything else or check on us through our meal until she seen we gave her a tip then she became very friendly. This happens every time we go. Chili's need to hold customer service classes for their employees because that is something that they severely lack. This was at the Niagara Falls location.

Hamburger was raw. I ordered a typical hamburger and the waitress asked how I would like it cooked. I said with just a hint of pink in the burger. Well the burger arrived and looked fantastic. Upon taking a bite of it, it was apparent it was nearly raw with lots of red and dripping inside. It would best be described as rare.

I attempted to call over the waitress but she did not appear to check on the meal. I had to have another waitress call the actual server and explained the situation. The waitress never apologized but did provide another burger after about 10 minutes that had a hint of pink and was quite good. The only problem was that at this time I was full from eating lousy fries and my partners' food was cold from waiting for the proper burger so we could dine together as intended.

The waitress should have promptly checked on the meal, and had the issue corrected quickly. Because of the delays it ruined a good meal. I've been to chilis many times and never a problem before. 2 stars at best.

Showed up today around 3:00 pm and were seated immediately. After 25 minutes at our table without so much as even an acknowledgement from the wait staff, we left and ate elsewhere. Sad about it as going to Chili's is one of the things we look forward to when we come over to the states.

We came in on Saturday Sept 21, 2019. On our way home to Canada. We wanted a bite before crossing the border. We came in for 3 and figured it would be less busy and it was. We were seated right away and our server came over to take our drink order. After a few minutes she came back with 3 drinks there were only two of us. I asked for water my husband ice tea she brought water, ice tea and diet coke...because she couldn't remember what we wanted to drink. Thanks should have been the clue to leave. But we had looked over the menus...and Lunch was still being served until 4. So i wanted the Lunch Fajita because it comes with rice and beans and looked delicious. But i was told the Lunch menu only applied Monday to Friday and not on the weekend and I had to order from the regular menu. So I said its the same meal and she said yes. She took our order and left. 30 minutes from the time we ordered and I saw people who came in after us eat their food and get ready to leave. I checked my cell and it had been 40 minutes since we arrived into the restaurant. My husband asked if i had seen our server...and i said Nope...its like she disappeared...but in fact had gone to break. When she came back she was making her rounds to refill drinks and noticed we did not have food. She went to the computer where they put in the food orders...and it was right beside our table...and we could hear...Oh no...oh boy...and then she came out apologizing...folks i got so busy then went on break and forgot to place your food order...at that point we should have walked out and gone across the street to Olive Garden. She apologized over and over ..asked if we wanted chips and salsa...or soup..or salad...and we said no. She them said i will get the Manager and he will do something about your bill. Well we didnt see her or the manager until our food was ready ..she brought out my fajitas...my husbands Ribs...and goes oh i just need to grab your toppings( sour cream , pico, cheese) and will be right back. and instead of going to the kitchen to get it she went to the next table to take their order...and there I sat...not able to eat until she brought my toppings.. I was angry and upset...my food was not the same as the lunch portion....no rice...no beans and no Guac...and i got a pale hardly grilled chicken breast on some peppers and onions...corn tortillas that looked old and awful and some sour cream, cheese and pico. The cost was double the the lunch portion. Halfway through the meal she brought two more waters...which My husband was drinking Ice tea..no refill for him. and then came back with the bill mumbled in shame something about comping the fajita meal and the manager and left. The manager of this location should be checking in with guests as they come to the end of the their meals...and this server...should find a job elsewhere. We will NEVER be returning to a Chilis because of this one experience. There are so many other better run places to eat...thats its not even worth my while. I can't even remember a time I had a meal that was so horrible..and a server who cared so little. So be warned.. I had almost 2 hours to watch the server...some were fabulous...this one...get a new job...and you know who you are.!

Love Chili's, but this location is the worst! Very very dirty, walked in and not 1 employee acknowledged myself or wife for 5 min and there were about 10 customers in the place. We were then seated by a customer to a booth with food all over it, then proceeded to 4 other booths that all had food on them. Do NOT visit this dump!

We were looking for a nice night out!
Not hungry or anything. We ordered two 10 ounces stake and one 6 ounce. And another dish. My wife asked for onion rings. She was told that is an up charge. "That is fine" she said.
Took too long to bring the food. Our little son got cranky while waiting, so we took him outside to chill.
A different waitress delivered the food. We asked if these were 2x10 once and 1x6 ounce. They all appeared to be same cut, the waitress said they all look same small size to her. She said they look like all 6 ounces. We said that is fine, we can just use 6 ounces so long we are charged accordingly. When our main waiter came, we explained to him what happened, but, to our surprise, since we already started eating our food and he cannot determine what happened, instead of confirming what was stated, he said, I am calling my manager!! in a way we felt he was saying: my manager will have to deal with you! When the manager came, he tried to explain to us how a 10 ounces of stake will shrink after cooked to look like a six. Then he also said, he checked and they were all tens, this explains why he was not busy explaining how much a six ounce stake will shrink! Now, here is the manager, not well informed. Trying to explain to us, what he does not know, yet making things worse!! much worse! he is now telling us they were all ten ounces each! but we ordered 2x10 and 1x6. When we explained to him what have happened, now, he is telling us that he will charge us for 6 ounces, in a way that, in order for him to keep the peace, he will charge us for six, as if he is giving us free meat! To make things even yet worse, he said he would also give us desert! as if we are out for free stuff. In the mean time, the onion rings that require up charge, did not make it with the meal, so we said, if they are sure of what they are doing, how come they did not even serve us the "up charge" onion rings. The waiter brought them out, and in a way he showed it as if he said "here is your onion rings!" we look like we are having a hell of a good time! One more thing, I did not even want to look at the bill. I wanted to just pay and high tail it out of there! My son said that they also charged us $1.99 that we did not order. Something has to do with my son pushing a button on the touch screen they put on the table. Anyway, I paid whatever charge they stuck to us. Added a hefty tip and will never again visit that dump. I have to give it to the manager who tried to make good on something going terribly wrong, but, without the proper information, made things much worse!

Yeah, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There were plenty of tables open when we stopped for lunch but they still put us on a wait list. Ten minutes later and we were seated at a table that was open when we first went inside. The waitress messed up our order (you know, the one who was rushing us...) but did end up fixing it. She repeatedly told us she didn't charge us for fixing her mess up. Well, duh.

The best thing about chain restaurants is that you know you will get mediocre but edible food no matter where or when you order it. The food was fine, the waitress was nice and didn't charge us for drinks because she thought we had waited too long to get our food

This was a horrible experience, my steak was all fat, asparagus was only half cooked, and our mashed potatoes were cold. My husband's shrimp was horrible, plus he ordered a half order and was given a full order. We were visiting from Ohio and thought coming here would be good since it's a chain. And this was the worst food we have ever had. The waitress was an airhead, and the chairs were so cramped together that I was hit in the back of the head by 2 other patrons and a waitress. I can not even give this visit 1 star, but I had to choose atleast 1 to post!

The experience was pretty terrible for the most part. We were at the Niagara Falls Blvd location. Our waitress Amanda was terrible. She took 20 minutes to even take our order then our appitizers came out maybe 2 minutes before our food which didn't give us anytime to enjoy it. When I did get my food was it was messed up i asked for no beans and what do you know i had beans. I didn't say anything about it because I am not the kind of person to complain but after the terrible service i felt that i needed to say something. She didn't even ask how any of our food was then we had specifically asked for seperate checks and she must not have been paying attention because we had to wave her down to bring the check over she brought one check. We had to remind her that we asked for seprate checks and when she went and fixed it she had put all the drinks on 1 check insted of spliting up like we asked, then to find out she charged us for an extra drink. The food was good but absolutely horrific service.

TERRIBLE, first off we got there and sat at a booth that was dirty, then they took 15 min until they actually said hello to us, then we moved tables and told them that one was dirty so the manager walked over to that booth, and looked at it, didn t even clean it, then we got the bottomless chips and we ate 2 baskets of them and she didn t give us anymore, next the drinks took a long time, and the manager did nothing. Food was ok but go to a better place, it was also ridiculously exensive,

Food was good and came out quickly.. No complaints at all! It was my 1st time eating at Chili's and I had 4 children with me. My waitress was very kind. My daughter left her glasses and we went Back to get them, our waitress was already at the door to give them back :) Thank you.
