Chili's Grill & Bar - Ontario, Canada Review

Restaurant was too cold for my liking especially for the cold day we were having. Food & service was good.

Horrible Chile, very salty. Too long of a wait for our order

The place was good, to stay to be able to take the flight to Miami, the girls of excellent service, very cozy is a good time, in that area where there is not much attraction, but I liked it, a friend sang congratulations In a very funny way, and otherwise all good, take care of yourself and be successful.

Have never had a bad experience here involving food. But one thing I've noticed the bathroom is always dirty.

Very friendly staff, great service and a very tasty and affordable meal.

We were walked to our seats and we're told a server will be by soon. We waited over 20 mins, and never even asked what we wanted to drink. It wasn't busy there. There were maybe 7 other families around us. Funny thing is the server walked by us a few times and never even made eye contact. My hubby and I turned it i to a game....said let's see what happens In the next 5 mins.... We ended up just walking out. Very disappointed

The Worst past are the plates, they are not clean at all. I can see food residuals on them.

I've been to this location three times, only because my friends like it. Won't be returning. I ordered the texmex egg rolls and chicken fried steak last visit. Egg rolls were undercooked and soaked with grease. Steak was stringy and chewy. Restaurant full of screaming babies, and kids running around the aisles, unattended. Bad experience overall. Went to McDonald's later that night.

Staff was outstanding, food was delicious, would recommend anyone who haven't been 2 Chili's, dine there

The food was alright. Service sucked and it took forever to get our food. Many people who came after us got their food before us.

Good lunch deals! Soup or salad, burger and fries! Reasonable price.

Very good flavors, and good prices, I only had one detail with the bathroom that the light turned off when I was using it and until I opened the door it turned on again hahahaha

Great food ,bartender Cindy was amazing kept us up to par at all times.

We went on a Sundate night, there were chip crumbs and unknown liquid on the chair. The drinks came late after the food came in. We were uninformed regarding charges for playing tablet games. The fajitas wraps were cold. Overall nothing to write home about.

Food was great, server was swamped but was attentive.

They were very understaffed and Service was all right when we had the attention of the server, but very slow service.

Ok food, not the best Chili's I've been to. Did curbside pickup and I had to go in but staff was nice and apologetic so I didn't mind. Steak was underseasoned. Everything else was average.

Don't bother going... Unfortunately we ate there all the time.. It was once really good...

Good food. Steak is great. My wife loves the fajitas. Prices are pretty good.

This Chili's is decent overall don't have to many issues when we go have had a few times where we got cold cheese fries or a raw burger but for the most parts it's a good place the honey Chipotle crispers are one of the best menu items

Worst Chilis out of them all. DONT GO TO THIS CHILIS WORST STAFF YOU WILL EVER SEE!!!

Steak was overcooked, broccoli was flavorless, mushrooms were flavorless. Don't know what I expected but yea.

Everything amazing from service to food. We went to applebees where we waited over 10 minutes for service so we walked out. Went to Chili's and were waited on right away! Service and food were amazing.

Service was meh and food was not as good as I've had at other Chili's. Got sick from their fajitas, don't know if this is a usual thing for them.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience there. Some of our food was served cold. Our appetizer was served without side plates, napkins or utensils.The waitress forgot our salad and didn't return with our drinks and never checked back with us on how we liked our food so we couldn't ask again for the everything she forgot. She was at another table showing them pictures of her children. We then waited again to pay our bill at the table because she charged us for for everything she didn't bring.

the food had steam, but the food wasn't hot and the steak i had was dry.

The only reason that I can't say that I "hated" my visit is because the manager tried his hardest to go above and beyond customer satisfaction.

Our appetizer wasn't cooked all the way through, the restrooms weren't stocked, none of the service was on the same page, and one of our meals was completely dried out.

Great tasting food. Nice quiet environment. Lunch special was a good deal. Only complaint was the service alittle slow.

I stopped in at Chilli's the night before I left for Florida. I had an amazing time, just hanging around the bar by myself. The bartender, Cindy, was absolutely fabulous, fun and super efficient. Thanks for a great experience Cindy! I'll be back with my friends!

Don't let the bartender also wait on tables. When her buddies show up at the bar, you are forgotten !! Dilly Dilly !!

We love going to Chili's when in Florida and decided to go to this one in Niagara Falls, NY while visiting from the Great White North. It was a real lunchbag letdown. They don't have the same extensive Mexican menu selections, just a few items, they don't have the 2 for 1 beer I am used to getting, and it's more like a basic burger joint than a Mexican food restaurant. The Mexican dishes we ordered were lacking in flavour and didn't taste fresh. Tables had empty dishes on them, the bathrooms were in need of cleaning, latches on the bathroom stalls we're missing, and it showed all the typical signs of poor management. The only good part of our visit was a very nice waitress.

Usually our go to place but tonights dinner wasnt what i expected. Reordered, no problem!

Pros..Food was delicious, decent priced.
Cons..servers was yelling and laughing in kitchen as we was sat next to the opening..was annoying
Place smells like old grease. Table tablet didn't work..music was so loud you have to raise your voice to talk.

First time at chiles and loved the food and service!

The menu options are plentiful and the waitstaff are extremely attentive. Good value for your money.

Cindy was awesome only 4 stars because of the brisket but the ribs were great thanks again for dinner

It is always safe to go to chili's. Food is good, nice environment, prices are ok, friendly staff.

Tables placed apart accordingly. Waitresses with masks. Food well prepared. Always have a small bottle of sanitizer with you !!!

I liked this location. The food was pretty good, the hostess was amazing and so helpful! I didn't get her name, she was a young woman with long blonde hair and she was super helpful . Generally ,it was ok experience ,as our waitress was not very focused and kept forgetting to bring parts of our order etc, but the hostess was the best and helped us with everything.

The best fajitas you can have is here. Free parking available. Customer service could be better and price is fair.

We walked in and were asked if we wanted to sit in the bar area or lounge. We replied with lounge area, & from then on felt as though we received a ruxe attitude from the gentlemen that had asked us, whose name was Willie. When we ordered I asked to get broccoli instead of corn he said they didn't have broccoli anymore, so I had asked what they do have he picked up the menu and handed it to me and said sides. I said to him well it says broccoli on here.. He was very rude for then on out. Me & my friend both got chicken which was not fully cooked. Highly disappointed.

Chili's used to be really good that every time we were leaving states we'd stop to eat here but this time the food was not so delicious but the lava cake is the best. Service was excellent though.

The street corn is totally amazing. I like all their food. The only drawback was the bathrooms weren't clean.

We had a nice dinner out for my birthday before everything gets shut down for dine-in eating. Our waitress was excellent and eager to serve in whatever way was needed. One thing you need to know is that you can only have 4 people in your group or they will have to split you up (we didn't have that problem, but I saw others split). Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants.

The prices are unbeatable. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. And the food was good!

Fantastic service...they had just opened and made us feel welcome, the male server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Great food and great service.

Ordered ribs,chicken crisps,sausage and sweet corn. Only thing that was hot was the cob corn. Figure that out. Not wishing to complain I tipped the waitress 20% as I did not think she was the problem as she was other wise so efficient. I was with my partner and she was discussed that I hardly complain,usually I just don't go back to the restaurant. I definitely will not be going back to the N. Falls Chili's. Worst meal I have ever had..!!!!
