Chili's Grill & Bar - Ontario, Canada Review

Everything was over spiced with pre packaged spices. I felt as if I was having a teaspoon of dry spices.

Stopped by for a late lunch after visiting Niagara Falls. We arrived before 4:00pm and took advantage of the $7.00 meal deals. We had a double burger and a bowl of chili. My friend had chicken quesadillas with a house salad. As usual there was way too much food (a good thing) and we brought some home for later. This was my first time trying the double burger and it did not disappoint. It was loaded with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, and mustard. Moist and juicy despite being cooked well done at my request. Two meals, chips and salsa, and water $14.00 plus tax. You can t beat the value. The service at this location was quick.

Food was good as usual, but Alaura was awesome. Made a mean margarita!!!

Absolutely loved my experience at this Chili's!! I have never been a fan of Chili's due to previous experience in a Chili's in Texas but this location has changed my mind!! I don't remember my servers name but he never once wrote anything down when he took my order from me and my three children! Everything came out in a timely manner and it was all correct!! Kids absolutely love the blue drink as it has gummy fishes in it! Very well priced and good quality food and service!!

Had an amazing server, super polite and attentive. It was a crazy busy night but with her you couldn't tell. Great food, great protions. Always look forward to coming here. Thank for much for a great evening! Go team burger. Sam was amazing!!! Very friendly!!

Fast seating even when busy and there is a wait.very polite and up on checking how your meal was and if you need anything else.

Staff were FANTASTIC! Very friendly and helpful. Great music... And the (vegetarian) food was excellent! This was our first visit and won't be the only visit.

Food and service was great. The menu options are plentiful. Something for everyone.

Seater said sign up for Chili's membership and get a free ROUND of drinks.
Waitress later said you get 1 drink per table.
She got angry and would not honour and got manager.
Manager would not honour it either.
We left and went to Bob Evans.
Can't believe they would lose customers over 3 fountain drinks.

Went for lunch while shopping with my wife. The wait staff was fairly attentive and accommodating. I had a burger, which was swimming in butter - and therefore excellent. My wife had the chicken and waffle sliders, which she enjoyed very much. She also got her lemonade to-go as we left the restaurant, which was a great perk.

My only complaints were that prices steered a little higher than I would have expected, and I wish you could order a proper glass/pint of beer (only bottles available). Otherwise, a great meal. Would definitely repeat.

It's Chilis. Same food you've been eating for 10 years. Not the best, but not the worst.

Great server but poor food standards. My fajita dinner was cold when served. Chili's have changed their fajita steak supplier to a cheaper one and it shows. Horrible grade of steak, chewy and grainy.

Worst experience ever! Waited over 20mins for a waitress to come over and take our drink order, then we ordered an appetizer not only did they mess that up but they never brought out plates with it so my kids used a napkin to pour ketchup on to dip their appetizer into because our waitress disappeared ! My sons grilled cheese was burnt , they brought out the wrong meal for my daughter totally not even what we ordered so she had to wait while everyone got theirs ( she's 3!) then i asked for boxes and my bill and it took 20 more mins ! ( after I went up to the hostess and asked her for boxes because again no clue where the waitress went) gave her my card and it took another 10 mins for her to bring it back! We were there for an hour and 45 mins and the restaurant wasn't even busy! Think twice before coming here!

Will never go back. Has been 2 years now since I been there. I ordered a steak medium will done. I receive a burnt piece of leather. I let the manager know and the best he would do for me is offer me some butter to make it more most. Really you burnt my steak and offer me butter for you poor cooking. No

Have been to many Chili's restaurants this one just didn't impress me. Food was not appetizing.

Food was fine but service was terrible. Wasn't offered a refill or additional margarita and the bill was delivered without even asking about dessert. We were there before 6pm, so there wasn't a need to push along so quickly, the restaurant was almost empty.

Service was slow. Took an hour and twenty minutes between arriving and getting our food. We were not greeted promptly. Just a slew of different issues. As of right now I have no intentions of returning again.

First time I've ever been to Chili's, ordered for take out. It was crazy busy, and I waited a long time. I placed my order on the phone and one meal was the kids corn dog. When I got there, I paid for my food and then they came back and said they didn't have corn dogs anymore. I had to wait for something else but they did not charge me. The lady at the bar was very friendly. And ALL the food was absolutely delicious!

I had the pleasure of going to this chilis for the first time after a long day of shopping. This place has THE best customer service I have experienced. Ashley (our server) was super nice and very accommodating to our requests. Every time we were almost finished our drink, she brought us a new one right away and she was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Nice to know exceptional customer service is not dead!! Way to go Ashley! You created a raving fan!!

Last night was the Chicken Cajun Pasta... hit the spot!

Even with covid, this was a great experience. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, helpful and quick and the food tasted great.

I m from Canada so we don t have a lot of Chili s and those We do have aren t the same as this one here! Great location, atmosphere and food. They have really good drink specials, buy 1 get 1 free craft beers and $5 Margaritas as well as really good food. Free Nachos and Salsa with every visit there is not much here not to love. Everytime we go to Buffalo we come to this place

Kitchen was behind this day. But food was good. Bit of a coupon confusion too.
On a future visit it was great. Fast kitchen, nice big parking space. Even the bathroom toliet paper rolls where not 1 foot off the ground. Upgraded to 5 stars.
