What a bunch of worthless people. Basically only there to provide slave labor wages and provide no information when needed. Very poor service. Extremely slow in paying you if you are working under them. They should all be fired and the company should be dissolved.
I have had nothing but issues with the worker Svitlana Karp. She is very short and rude with me and my provider. She doesn't explain things well at all and just expects you to know the process. She isn't qualified to do her job and should go through training again and maybe some personality trainnig as well.
I have been in this program for 3 years now and never had issues with Child Action. Andi Owens is efficient and has always found ways to help.
Today was my first time going here it was such a positive experience my case manager was amazing the staff is super friendly and the overall organization is just a really good program.

This is my first time experiences with Child Action. My case manger name Luba is very rude with a bad attitude. She doesn't care about how you feel, request informations, or anything you confuse and ask for it. She will give you a bad attitude, rude and hang up the phone without letting you know. She doesn't explan things. The way she talk it sound like She is too lazy talk and explain things or informations. I hate it when people have a bad attitude and rude to other people. We all human be need to respect the poor or rich. She doesn't deserve to work with the name of Child Action programs. Very disappointed.
I worked taking care of four children, (sometimes having to spend my own money to feed these children.) For four months and NEVER got paid a cent for doing so which ultimately is the mothers fault. However when someone miss uses child action like this mother did/does I think they should be barred from the program or be penalized in some way!!!!
