I've been shopping with Beautyscope since they opened their doors back in 2002. They carry the entire Framesi color lines, and supportive aids. I could order purchase all of the things I need for my small hair studio in OneLoudoun over the phone or with my sales rep. But I choose to go into the store and work exclusively with their customer service manager Jacqui. She makes my day every time I visit. If there any out of stock products/color that I need she takes my order and when the things I need to purchase come in she takes the time to put my order together and let me know when I can come to pick up those items.
When there is a new product that I should check out, Jacqui is right there to inform me of the product knowledge or let me know any deals that are coming up. Going into the store to peruse the isle is a nice break from my day. But Jacqui makes the experience and time in the store all worth while. She is kind, thoughtful and attentive to the needs of the clients that visit the brick & mortar store front. Most days I'm overwhelmed, but when I go to the retail store in Sterling VA, Jacqui greets me with a warm smile and always willing to assist me with my purchase. Thanks to Jacqui my day feels brighter and a little bit of that overwhelmed feeling dissipates. You all have a gem on your staff!
We love the products that Beautyscope has to offer, however come on guys get it together with your Rep, there was always issues with the Rep. I understand that the owners have experienced so hardship this past year and we are very sorry for your loss. However when the owner of the company and a Rep schedule a meeting with me and I take time off the floor for the meeting and the company owner stays in the car and doesn't come into the salon to meet me I have a bit of an issue with that.
You are only allowed to purchase here if you have a license to be a stylist in Virginia. They have a lot of awesome looking products I don't have a license so I don't know what everything is. People here arw really attentive to anyone who walks in the door.
I'm a new client and so far both of my orders have not been handled correctly. The first one was lost and they had to over-night it via FedEx....the second one, placed today(4/30/14) is being sent to MY HOME instead of my SALON and they are requiring a signature.....no one will be there to sign for it because I will be at the salon working, and i told my Rep to NOT REQUIRE signature upon delivery. So far i am NOT impressed at all...the LOMA product line is awesome...too bad BeautyScope is not. Get your act together BeautyScope.
