Great price, great location. The building and interiors are getting a bit old, but still a very nice place to stay in Alice

Excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was divine and the setting for this hotel was wonderful. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Alice Springs. We will be back.

Well furnished lovely rooms, however onsite laundry was quite expensive as was the heated indoor pool and unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the complimentary outdoor pool.

Stayed here for the Larapinta run, service was always excellent and the staff were always available and nice

Well appointed and comfortable rooms at a good rate for business travelers. The restaurant has magnificent meals available, even as a room service option which is good after a long days' work. Close enough to the centre of town for convenience, yet far enough away that it is a quiet setting. Staff are friendly yet professional and willing to help where possible. As a place to base yourself if exploring the Alice, you cannot really go wrong.

Great welcoming oasis in Alice. Great food, accommodating staff, tho rather pricey.

Nice hotel near the center of Alice Springs. Spacious and clean rooms. Everything was very spacious. Pool including very nice pool bar and a big and good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere fast and good wireless internet without extra charge.

Rooms were decent but the pool bar was not open our entire stay

My hubby had a meeting there I had to give him something and a helpful staff person helped me find him I was very grateful thanks for the lady that helped me

Having stayed at the Mecure previously for business, I was happy when I heard I would be staying here for quarantine. Everything is organised, staff and food fantastic and nothing has been a problem. Staff have been happy to help. The grounds here are lovely and I have a balcony to stretch my legs and get fresh air. Thank you...

I enjoyed staying so close to the famous Todd River. This resort lies within walking distance from many culturally significant sites, both ancient and modern. Bird and animal life is abundant in the area. This is a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed the lunch, a note, it took some time for the tables food to come out, only bad part. Otherwise service was great.

Reasonably priced accommodation with good facilities and walking distance from the centre of the Alice.

Always love staying at the Mercure in Alice Springs. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and wildlife right on the balcony.

Attentive staff, good restaurant, good pool, nice room, good breakfast

A nice 4 star hotel with great rooms, a swimming pool and generally good atmosphere. The rooms are excellent compared to the seemingly shity roadhouse rooms on the way into Alice (500 kilometres around) for about the same price.
The local bars are great( photo included).

Very nice hotel on the East side of town, short walk to town center. Pool was under construction at the time or this could have been a five star review. The Mercure Alice Springs is first class and I have been to a lot of hotels.

Second time I have stayed here and will return again if the opportunity arises. Very nice rooms, comfy beds, nice amenities and fast WiFi. My second room came complete with mini-bar with the expected eye watering prices, this was compensated by the great view from the up stairs room allowing me to watch the sun rise light up the McDonald Ranges. Simply amazing.

Ok hotel, not quite a 4 but clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to the CBD. Very limited number of Foxtel channels so if your a sports fan you could miss out.

May not be a 5* hotel but lovely reception staff, friendly and efficient made us feel very welcome after a long drive. Nice room with the most powerful shower I have ever had. Quiet and cosy. Lovely bed. Food at the Barra on Todd restaurant is lovely with a comprehensive breakfast. For us the staff really made it for us.

Aside from a long line to check in, the room was is good condition and the restaurant was more than accomadative of our late arrival.

Friendly service, very good restaurant, very safe and secure in off the road for vehicles, particularly when packed up and traveling. Spotlessly clean, great resort atmosphere in the centre of Australia.
