Great location to stop after a long journey and chill for a couple of days. Just out of town, and away from the noise. And only a 5min walk into the Centre.

A little ways out of town, but the rooms were very well maintained considering the town's isolation from other major cities in Australia. Breakfast was incredibly decent.

Our room was clean and the hotel itself is nice. Restaurant was average... nothing has stood out. Hotel is walking distance to a variety of shops.

Pretty good for the price, old but we'll kept. Basic but that doesn't bother me. Staff were really good and friendly in general, helping me out when my employer made an error in the booking, fast reliable wifi, checked beds on arrival, new clean sheets, bathroom clean, returant was closed for repairs or something but all good, lots of places nearby to eat. would def stay here again.

Good size room clean great breakfast great overall . Very good location.

Upgraded us to a junior suite. Plenty of light and room. Great menu in the restaurant, Barra on Todd.

Check in was a bit iffy, probably due to an inexperienced staff member.

Parking is haphazard

A good sized room with nice facilities. The pool is awesome and the bar and restaurant are close.

Really peaceful resort that has nice amenities and while it's Central to town is very quiet

A pleasant one night stop. Nice pool. Had a good value shred bar snock.

Nice enough ..... but I'm a 6ft4 tall guy, they only had a double bed so my feet hung off the edge of the bed all night.... the rooms have glass front walls, which was odd and you could see into others rooms. .. pool was out of order as it was being worked on. But nice enough, would stay again if in a pinch.

We always stay here when we visit Alice Springs and we are never disappointed. Their restaurant is always fantastic. Great food and lots of options.

The Chifley has to be one of the best hotels in Alice. Very comfortable modern rooms, great pool and super helpful staff. I've really enjoyed my stay!

The place to stay to rest affer an off road trip in the Red Center. Swimming pool and q iii et resort in a greeny scenery.

Only stopped in to have an after work drink in the bar adjacent to Barra on Todd restaurant, overlooking the pool. Nice relaxing ambience, peaceful, comfortable seating.

Love love this place. Big rooms great staff. Wish there were rooms available for us for our stay again 10 - 15th July but we had to stay at Lassiters Crowne

Got a table at the last minute, really appreciated the staff sneaking us in on short notice. For the best food in Alice this is one of the 2 best places to go. And I couldnt pick a winner. It's an oasis of class, and civilisation in an amazing part of the country. Good selection of wines as well

This resort is very welcoming and comfortable. The facilities are kept to a high standard and the rooms well maintained. I had a couple of small issues and they were handled promptly and I was made to feel appreciated for my input. This really is a lovely place to stay whilst away from home. Also being located the perfect distance from the city centre allows for a quick stroll to access the city. The restaurant is also fantastic and reasonably priced. Clean room but very small. Asked for an upgrade which was refused. Tap leaking in bathroom and curtain broken. Staff are friendly and restaurant is good. Close to town.

Big airy rooms. Very clean. Barra on Todd restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is within walking distance of the town centre and very handy for everywhere by car.

Pool area needs reno no shade pool bar closed no umbrellas or music outdoor bbq would be great

The hotel room 24 is clean and fresh bathroom is always dirty they should clean it the food was good the australian desert there is also a beach i go there otherwise everything is fine

I went to the Barra on Todd restaurant. The food was wonderful.

Comfortable, quiet friendly professional staff representing what the ACCOR HOTELS group is about!!!

They are about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. Our ground-level room was wheelchair accessible. The beds were comfortable. The shower had no rim 2 step over. This absence led 2 water goig over many of the bathroom tiles, making them slippery. There wasn't adequate shelfing in the bathroom. In the bedroom the lighting was ineffectually placed & some were broken. I'd say it was the other side of tired.

Just had a 2 day conference at the Mercure and the venue is a great place for something like this. The staff are very friendly and provide great food catering for all sorts of people (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) Upon the start of the conference the room was clean and writing equipment complementary from the hotel on chairs with some mints.

The hotel is fine, rooms are clean and spacious but calling it a "resort" is...well...a bit dishonest. More like an upscale motel.

Also, one of the main reasons we stayed there was the pool - but unfortunately it was being renovated and was shut down for a few months :(.

The location was a little run down and we did not feel safe walking around at night - especially near the dry River Todd

Great breakfast.. staff were amazing and I highly recommend the breakfast juice..

Very good hotel with pool, shuttle service, very comfortable rooms. The entire hotel is equipped with air conditioning which is not a luxury in Alice Springs (42 degrees in the shade while there).
Good restaurant on site.

Worse experience in a hotel I called reception they knew about iusse said call security but nothings happen the room next door is so loud . The police should be called. On top that the shower in the room doesn't work. Not happy.

Good location, very friendly staff. The cheapest room costs around 45 per person, the room is small and the fridge is extremely noisy. The hotel overall is nice and the breakfast is great

The resturant had a nice look and feel to it. My meal was nice. The waiting staff were polite. It was a long wait for the food even though not many patrons were in the resturant.

I appreciated their laundry services! Nice pool, comfortable rooms.

Great accommodation and good service. The courtyard feel of the building definitely helps. The trims are bit on a smaller side, but I don't think you will spend a lot of time indoors . All facilities available including coin laundry, if you in the middle of a roadtrip that will help. Internet , restaurants, bar, tour arrangements.. U got all in here.

Great place for after work drinks and really good dinner

Stayed for 1 night in February 2020. Lovely overall. My booking was on a second floor - luggage lift available for use provided that other patrons follow instructions to close all doors for the next trip. Ice machine in lobby of accommodation block which was the best! Room was lovely and luxurious, clean and fresh products. My garden view was overlooking the bike path along the Todd River - this translated to limited privacy, high power electricity wires buzzing constantly at balcony height and the sound of people arguing for a number of hours overnight. Thus the balcony was unusable. The cooling system and block out curtains reduced much of the noise. Didn't use the pool facilities but it looked popular - pool towels provided by hotel. Restaurant looked popular also with a varied menu. Limited tea, coffee, etc and small in-room menu. Staff were warm and helpful. Was able to book multiple activities through them, inclusion airport transfer, with recommendations by reception staff. Hotel is within walking distance to the centre of town and other local facilities. I will happily stay again in the future without feeling any need to book at the nearby, more expensive establishments.

Quite comfortable, well situated, convenient, pleasant, helpful staff, wi-fi was included, has a good pool. Accommodation was well priced. The food in the restaurant was good, but a little pricey (not terribly overpriced, but a little). I'd stay there again if I were in The Alice.

The section we stayed in ( River View) reminded me of a nursing home or school corridor. The roons were not 4 star for sure!
Dinner at Barra on Todd was fantastic and breakfast was everything you could ask for! The staff are very helpful and even had our shower recleaned when I mentioned rhe mould.

This is not up to the Mecure standard and should up date their rooms and fix the walls and paint in any other colour than off white.

Went here for breakfast twice, recently. Very good selection at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Comfortable stay. Nice big rooms and awesome hot shower. The breakfast spread was also quite good.

Rooms were average especially for the price but prices higher than major cities to be expected. Issues with key cards working etc causing inconvenience. Layout feels unnecessarily sprawled and confusing. Overall would recommend though.

This is actually an excellent hotel come motel.
3 stars as I didn t find the cleanliness to be that good. Our room had been cleaned but the floor not hoovered.
Outside the room everything was covered in red desert dust, being big windows I cannot understand why they weren t cleaned.
The red desert dust was a feature around the pool and the walk way to the bar was very dirty.
The Pool was excellent chilled down to 20degree genius it was really refreshing.
Bar is excellent and the food is excellent.
5 Stars except for the cleanliness issues.

Cannot be trusted. After discussing with staff on an issue with my booking, it was resolved and they concluded I won't have additional fees to pay. Once I left the hotel and couldn't say anything, they debited my account behind my back and when complaining they ignore your emails.
Best example of dishonesty I have ever seen.

Lovely resort with very nice and comfortable rooms. Walk in shower.
Good restaurant. Really appreciated the full breakfast with eggs made to order and fresh fruits.
There is also a tiny swimming pool inside the resort. Unfortunately around 5pm is almost in shadow but nice to relax after the long drive from Kings Canyon.

Clean, well appointed room. Spacious outdoor areas. Bar and Restaurant, swimming pool - modern, first class accommodation.

Very stylish looking place. The area we had booked was very small. The staff very accommodating.
