Best nuggies EVER I could eat them all day 10/10 would recommend

They always work hard to make sure the food and experience are great. In the drive through and also inside. The kids love the play area and the option of toy or ice cream cone :)

I had lunch here today with my son. We love this place. Everything is very yummy. The place is clean, staff is very efficient, everything good. They also know how efficiently handle a crowd at both the drive through and inside. No negatives at all except that they aren't open Sundays.

Never gone give you up never gonna let you down. (My feelings about Chic-fil-A)

Always busy with college students but they handle the rush really well... handing me my food before my drink was made!

I m allergic to gluten and they have a whole gluten free menu. it s very good, fast and efficient. my favorite restaurant

The chick fil a on MLK is always my go to for a quick bite. Staff is so friendly, the food is always fresh, and it never takes longer than a few minutes. It's hard to beat

of course chick fil a gets 5 stars they are always good and the 1 tome they messed up my order not only did they fix it right then they gave me comp for future visit however in the 30 years I've eaten there... that was the FIRST time my order has ever been wrong

I love chick fil a but i absolutely hate the chaos of the drive thru on mlk....half the time i have to completely stop on mlk to get in drive thru bc its that long. i waited all day today bc the line is never small here i pull up at 900pm to have them turn the drive thru lights off on me. pay an officer to direct traffic in ur parking lot so people dont have to get rear ended to get a darn chicken sandwich.

Amazing food, what else is there to say? Seriously is Chick Fil A people!

Good food, fast service even with Wal-Mart being in town.

The food is good when I've had it before and that's why they they got a 2.

That wasn't today because I couldn't even get food my this time after 30 mins.

Customers are screaming at each other and only the pushy customers get served when it's busy.

Always craving on Sunday.. You should stay open one Sunday a month and charge double and half goes to charity... I know i'd pay.

One word, DISAPPOINTMENT. Before the pandemic, this place was a 10 Gold star, perfectly well oiled machine. Allen, Sarah and others went away and the crew changed many times over the months. They still have poor drive thru times and getting orders wrong left and right. I have given these folks far more money than any patron should for what they have become. If they could walk in this establishment, any employee there... If they could walk in that place and see how well they ran that place, they'd go home and slap themselves. Until the lobby opens. I can have lemon in my tea like everywhere else and I can enjoy the lord's chicken without a super dose of socialism, I'll hard pass.

Can't say chick-fil-a Chicken is as good as the Colonel's chicken. No discounts for seniors or veterans, unlike several other fast food chains in this area. I got 4 small strips of chicken & 4 ozs of salad & 32oz drink for a $10 bill. You can count on the rest be just as pricy. Store looks great though, very modern furnishings. Food & service doesn't match decor.

Fast friendly service. Was greeted when I walked in the door.

First time in a long time. Employees all very friendly and helpful. Grilled chicken with a gluten free bun was great. So surprised and pleased to find this option to be so tasty. The place was very busy, especially the drive-thru, but it only took a few minutes to get our food, which was bright to our table when ready.

Great customer service I was here for breakfast and lunch and Brysin and I hope I spelled his name correctly, but he needs a raise y'all as a company are extremely lucky to have Brysin and shouldn't let him get taken by another business he's extremely professional and polite. PLEASE give that man a raise and a thank you.

Almost busy but still always yummy with wonderful sweet and helpful staff.
Spicy chicken sandwich is our family favorite and we eat at least once a week here!!

Just your average Chick-Fil-A with amazing service and food.

Not your normal CFA service. Had to ask them to whip my coke cup twice. Things weren't sharp. Important thing the food was good

I do love the food at all Chick-fil-A, and the service is just incomparable. They hire total angels to work here! But I've had slightly underdone chicken once or twice and it sucked. They handle the customer complaint process very seriously though :)

Relaxed (and funny at one experience) ordering. Warm fresh food delivered very quickly. Clean Restaurant. All employees uniforms look clean and sharp as well. Air-conditioning working very well now.

Any other fast food chicken just can't compare. This really is the best around. They even do a good job at the lunch rush, never have to wait more then 5-10 min in the drivethru.

Like all Chik-fil-A's, it's one of, if not the best, fast food restaurants around. The food was fresh. The bathrooms and dining areas were spotless even though it was crowded. I think they employ a small army of people just to keep it clean.

Not sure if their new protocol is to not have anyone taking money or orders outside but they can no longer handle the volume. Wasted over 20 minutes of my 30 minute break in line and 5 minutesdriving here. If you are crunched on time it's best to avoid this place. I had to change what started aw a 3 star review to a 1 because when I finally did get to the window they were out of everything I wanted.

Awesome friendly staff. The place was very clean and our food was brought out to us in a timely manner with a smile I would recommend this place anytime if the food didn't already speak for itself

Great Chickfila in Fayetteville, they handle the busy lunch hour traffic like a breeze.

Manager of this store, please teach your employees that pavement marking in a parking lot should be followed. I came around the drive-thru side of this store to find a parking spot, and came face-to-face with a scion going the WRONG way through the parking lot with two employee s in the vehicle with uniforms on. They threw up their hands like I was doing something wrong. They were driving the wrong direction to miss the traffic congestion from the drive thru line on the other side of the building to park for their shift I presume. It s extremly reckless, and out-right dangerous. I can t believe this even happened. I will not be returning to this location and will be verbalizing my displeasure to any one that asks about this store. Professionalism shows through your employee s actions while on the premises and while that uniform is on.

They're fast, efficient, and the food is decent. Love their lemonades, especially the Watermelon Mint Lemonade. Their cookies aren't so bad either, especially when they're warm!

This is by far the slowest chick fil I have ever been to. The reviews about the slow service are all accurate. Avoid this chick fil a location if at all possible. It was a mistake coming here.

I'm sure everyone has been here. It's a place that places a chunk of fried chicken between two biscuits. It's not bad. If you come at lunchtime you should be well prepared to wait in a long arse line that wraps around the building and out onto MLK where you are inconveniently placed in a position blocking oncoming traffic. Don't do it man. Just skip it and find another place.

By far the worst Chick-Fil-A in Arkansas. Horrible customer service and the slowest system of any Chick-Fil-A.

Four stars for the taste of the Chicken and its Waffle Fries, very yummy. Also there service is quick. Always busy when open. Clean, and my foods always been hot. Only thing I dislike here is the price of the food

Whomever developed the Chick-fil-A drive through process should be in charge of government.
