Finally claiming a reward for a free chicken biscu...

Finally claiming a reward for a free chicken biscuit from the last mess up at this location. Still got my order wrong after having to repeat it several times. The app was messing up, the employee that came to the car to take the order couldn't even take my payment for the balance still owed, and then when I get to the window I have to repeat my order again. I did get the right drink this time but the chicken biscuit was spicy chicken. Will continue to limit my visits to this Chick-fil-A since they continuously mess up my order and the whole ordering process is so stressful. I have never experienced this bad of service at any other Chick-fil-A.
