Food tastes great although I'm always still hungry after their biggest meal. Prices are slightly high, but probably the healthiest fast food around. Always kept clean, even the playground. And it's nice supporting one of the few moral corporations that still exist.

Food is really good. Little pricey. Usually spend 35- 40 for 4 ppl . Line sucks you have to have patience but it usually goes by somewhat fast.

They have great chicken sandwiches and shakes are delicious

they upped their game ever since Popeye's rolled out their own chicken sandwiches, and the chicken is crispier and buns fresher

All the employees have great attitudes and have never gotten a order wrong for me. The drive thru is a mess cause of In-N-Out and Wells Fargo but they get you through quickly. Awesome place.

The customer service at Chick-fil-A cannot be beat. The employees are always courteous and go out of their way to ensure that you have a positive dining experience. I like that they offer healthier options for my kids, such as fruit cups and milk. Even the prizes in their kids' meals are educational. The food is good, too. We especially like the chicken strips, chicken sandwiches and Super Food Salad. * Update: I went to the drive thru at about 2:30 p.m. to order a chicken sandwich. The line was pretty slow for some reason. When I got to the window to pay, the employee said, "No one should have to wait that long for a chicken sandwich. It's on the house." How awesome is that?!? Chik-fil-A has the BEST customer service!

Super friendly staff and very quick. The line was 8 cars deep and my wait was about 5 minutes through the drive through.

Excellent customer service by the cashier gentleman who took my order. Recommend you try their Chicken BBQ Bacon burger. Delicious!

The food here is top teir for fast food! My family and I have been here alot over the years and I have never had any problems with the food or the staff! And today thats kinda rare.

So... definitely don't get it. Undercooked fries, mediocre chicken, and sauce that tastes so full of preservatives you may interpret the chemical headache as appeal

Today is 90 degrees out and management had 3 employees outside taking drive thru orders in full sun. Talking to the employees they told me they'd been outside last week as well when it was 100+ degrees.
That's just wrong. I'm totally fine with ordering at the speaker and then meeting a person at the window. I'm not sure I understand the reason behind putting employees outside in this heat, when all cars were in one lane anyway.
Aside from that, great food.

Incredible customer service!! The lines are very long. They are able to coordinate for you to receive your correct order even with merging lanes! Staff is always helpful and very kind.

Always great customer service and their food is always fresh and delicious. They just need a little more variety to choose from.

The service great, the food flavor was good, kinda sad that my chicken piece was tiny, and to make a healthier drink choice I had to pay 30 cents more..
What was my drink choice? Sugar free lemon water. I just didn't want juice or soda. I guess maybe I could have had milk.

My first time at Chick Fil A and Boy is it like Pleasentville!
The people are constantly smiley and their hair and shirts are so press to the 9 and i am def impressed. it was almost eerily, how clean cut everything was.

Criss cut fries was delicously oily!

Their frozen lemonade is simply to die for. My children love the chicken fingers and I love their new avocado lime ranch salad. It helps this is a Christian owned company and treats their employees and customers with grace

A Delish! Friendly staff as always, clean and great location off the freeway. Play area for the kids was clean too. Very busy location. Team is very attentive & helpful with refills or anything you may need. We love chick fil a!!

Tasty food, friendly staff and local community support make Chick-fil-a one our favorite places to go. Kid zone is popular with the grandkids. A frequent favorite for a quick healthy meal.

This bvb is a very busy location. Service is great, obviously. For as busy as they are, they are quick and everything is great.

Good food, all staff members are helpful and friendly. Cleanest CFA I have been to, and cleaner then almost any other resturant, store or business I have been to. The play room gets super crowded during dinner rush.

The "bible thumbers", as others have called the leadership of cfa, have a great model that others should be looking at.

No family bathroom, unfortunately, for the single parents.

Kinda expensive and the line is long. Lines at drive thru go fast. Food is good so overall value is there. Staff is almost always A plus staff.

Pretty good store. Service is friendly and courteous. Food all seems pretty good. Only major fault is sometimes it feels like a rather long wait to get your food for a 'fast food' restaurant. Drive thru can be backed up all the way around the place and out onto Tustin at peak times. If you can find parking, it is faster to go inside at those times.
