If you are never sure.. Buy a Southwest spicy chicken salad with creamy sauce or the cool chicken wrap with avacodo dressing! Delicious! And those waffle fries.

The environment and worker attitude fits the reputation, but the chicken is better at other chains. Admittedly the deciding factor for many is other than the food itself, but consider others when there is a choice (especially on a Sunday ).

The fries always suck here and have no flavor but the sandwiches are good and their sauces are delish. The seasonal peach milkshake is awesome.

Simply the best fast food out there. The one I usually go to in Torrance is just slightly better, but this place is great. Any negative reviews would have to be driven by the anti-freedom- of-speech or anti-religious expression views held by the intolerant left.

Decent food for fast food. When I'm in the mood for fast food I go here. Everyone is super friendly. Never feel like I'm bothering them. Always ready to help.

My girlfriend and I ate dinner here last night. The drive-thru line was long, so we ate inside which we rarely do at drive-thru s. Employees were pleasant as always, and one gentleman in particular went above and beyond, even for Chick-fil-A standards.

Employees here are super courteous and efficient. Love this place.
Update 1 year after: staff at this location are still excellent. This location stands out above other fast food choices in the area.

Always great tasting and a good value. Only downside with good places now are the lines and waits, but they have a good system in place at this location. Double drive thru, 4 to 5 people managing line.

Incredible customer service and Chik-Fil-A has the best milkshakes of any fast food joint. Their service, even on the busiest days is fast and friendly. Tuesday are kids eat free, so those are busy but fun.

Very disappointed after getting the first drive through today after the lockdown and finding the nasty tomates lettuce and pickles in my sandwich

Good chicken burgers and salads. Too pricey for family meals.

On lunch break. Long lines in the drive though so i get off n go inside. Some lady is yapping no one is in any rush to help out. So when i decide to leave some guy said i can help you here. After walking around doing nothing. So if in a rush while on lunch don't go there.

Loved it, but wish the outdoor order taker had a menu available to show, also didnt realize they got rid of the tomato and lettuce from their spicy chicken sammich

Wow this place was packed! (Friday night around 7:30) girl at the register took my customized order correctly and quickly. Food came out in about 7-8 mins, was correct and hot - can't complain!

The place is always very clean the service is great. Had the grilled chicken sandwich which is the best fast food chicken sandwich I have tried.

Everyone was friendly and the food was good with one exception. My biscuit was overworked so it was a little tough on top. My 3 year old, 1 year old and I love the play place. It is well designed and open.

The staff at this location provide a very welcoming and winning attitude here.

I wish there was one closer to me. Any fast food restaurant that closes one day a weeke so family's can spend time together, you have to support. The music they play, is great uplifting. There are so many fast food restaurants putting bible verses on their packaging now, that's is almost a common thing. But to here Christian music playing, while your eating is just awesome. Keep it up, God, family's, business is how I see how they run things, thats not how normal business run.

The employees are as polite and friendly as you will find anywhere. The food is excellent and affordable. Funny I didn't taste any politics in their food.

Idk what position this lady was but I'm assuming she is the manager and she was very rude to me by ignoring me twice when I tried to apologize for my son spilling my drink. She didn't have any problem being nice to other customer and acknowledging them. Worst experience I've had here.

Absolutely impeccable service! Staff were so polite and efficient. Food was yummy. My favourite Fries!

Got home and chicken patty was missing.
Called in and management refused to talk to me with an employee saying they were too busy to talk nor give me a time they would call me back.
When, I called back again and said I was coming in upset, complaining to their franchise owner, and writing a negative review... surprise surprise, the assistant manager Morgan got on the phone.

Although our order was messed up it was a wonderful experience and there's a great choice of breakfast items!

I have never been so disrespected by a kids working the fast food line. Wouldn t take my order because he said I went in the wrong way to enter the fast food line so he proceeded to radio the other two employees working the line too, it was 11:00 am no one was behind me & no clear sign directed how to enter. I totally get it about following the rules. So if I had cut in front of someone I would get that. So needless to say I drove though with no food and I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK THERE!!

Believe it or not my first time! Just out of the gate the experience was fun. Two people were outside taking orders for a line of about 20 cars. Getting to talk to a person was great. Not a dumb squawk box. I thought it would be along wait. Wrong. Super fast. Out in about 8 minutes. After ordering..another person OUTSIDE took my money. Nice touch. I pull forward and i heard a trumpet playing music. The money-takibg guy was playing! Awesome. Food was super yummy. Guess I will be driving 30 minutes to the closest to my home now! Great job. Great fresh food.

Besides the food there's also a matter of the service. If you are tired of going to the counter or going to the drive-thru met by somebody who hates their job and make sure you know it then you want to come here. The people here are always in a good mood and friendly.
