I would just like to say thank to manager Nicole Powers for being so kind and understanding to me as i was trying to order some food. My vehicle wouldnt fit thru there drive thru so she came out and personally took my order. Good things will come to you.

This was by far the busiest Chick-fil-A I have ever seen in my life and I have been to many Chick-fil-A's. Our wait time may have been long, but it was not for lack of effort. We chose to pick up our order with the curbside option and while we waited we watched the workers zoom all around us delivering food to the hordes of people who had managed to find a way into that parking lot. We even witnessed then bringing food people in the neighboring parking lot by the shopping center. We were amazed! Great work to this Chick-fil-A team, you are amazing!

The breakfast bowl was good and the amount was goo...

The breakfast bowl was good and the amount was good. However service was slow and the wait time was nearly 15 minutes. Staff is very customer service oriented and speak with a smile on their face! I do have a problem with the company's stance on gay and lesbian communities.

Love this location. Employees are great and drive ...

Love this location. Employees are great and drive thru line always looks super long but we never wait more than 20-25 minutes to get are order. They've never messed up our order and food is always hot and tasty. I wish Chik-fil-a could just run America. It would definitely be efficient!

As always this place was a zoo. But it was an org...

As always this place was a zoo. But it was an organized zoo. Went to do a large order for my staff who was doing training around 11am. The places was crawling with softball or baseball or what ever ball players from the Events Center and the line was atrociously long. But this is God's chicken. It is worth the wait right? Like a crisp virgin bride?
My order was fast, efficient, and the poor dude who took my order was literally sweating to death but he still had the usual Disney happiness that Chick-Fil-a strives for. Our chicken tasted like gods chicken from the heavens above, and my massive order was correct! Good job Chick-Fil-A

I typically love Chick-fil-A and normally really don't have any complaints cuz it's one of my favorite restaurants however at this visit I asked for four splendas in my diet iced tea and there wasn't none in it and the waffle fries were a little bit stale they're kind of cold and not very good but other than that I usually like Chick-fil-A so I'm not sure what was going on with that visit

Fast Food with a family run restaurant environment. The food is always incredible and hand delivered to the table. Everyone here is super friendly. I love this place.

I got up to get a refill on my lemonade, saw a line so I sat back down until the line died. One of the managers came up and asked if I wanted a refill, he took the drink returned it and cleared our table for us. If I could give 10 Stars I would.

Great taste, a bit pricey for fast food. The employees are always very friendly. The managers are very focused on supporting the local community. They support girl scout troops by letting them come in and sell cookies on their premises, even though that might even detract from restaurant sales a little bit.

I should start by saying I love Chic-fil-a's food ...

I should start by saying I love Chic-fil-a's food and service. Because of that, I'm usually willing to give them some leeway when the food or service doesn't meet my expectations. I've been to this location 3 times now and each time I've left disappointed. It's by far the worst managed location I've ever been to and would say the food quality and service is more like McDonald's than Chic-fil-a. Most CFAs have learned to quickly and efficiently manage the double drive thru. The wait at this location is atrocious, even though they have people outside working the line. The first two times I went through the drive thru, the food was cold and the milkshake was mostly melted. The third time I decided to go inside at around 8pm. I ordered some food and a peach milkshake, which was clearly listed on the menu board. I was told the milkshake was seasonal and no longer available, as they had run out that morning. When I asked why it was still on the menu board, the guy looked at the woman beside him and said.... "Ummm.... It's her fault". Based on the woman's reaction, I'd say he seemed to be legitimately blaming her, which is completely unprofessional and not what I would expect from chic-fil-a's standards. Three visits and three examples of a poorly run/managed restaurant. Hopefully CFA corporate will get involved and get this location straightened out.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, but, this location just doesn t have the same level of service and efficiency that makes Chick-fil-A the best in the industry. I ve tried ordering from this location 3x now. Customer service isn t there, wait times are long, and food hasn t been fresh. Very disappointing.

Placed my order online, then headed for the restau...

Placed my order online, then headed for the restaurant. It took a long time to even get into the parking lot. But we waited our turn, finally got in, and then looked for a place to park. We parked, and I clicked I m here on the app. But then I got an error message... it said to try again. I did. Then my order was cancelled, and the app told me to try to place my order again. I was frustrated, but I went to place my order again, only to find that curbside delivery wasn t an option anymore! I tried to call the store for assistance. I didn t think I could get my wheelchair out to get into the store without help in this very busy parking lot (thus the curbside delivery order). I was also 30 minutes into my time at the restaurant, and was hoping I wouldn t have to get back in the end of the line to spend another 30 minutes trying to get some nuggets. Sadly, no one in the restaurant was answering the phone- the message just said, Leave your name and number. I did, but I also figured that I didn t have this kind of time to wait for dinner, even if I told my family we were having Chick-fil-A for dinner. So I felt, sans chicken nuggets. Very disappointed.
