They work so hard to make me happy.

Service was fast and friendly! Food was hot and fresh!

Always pleased with Chic-fil-A. Great food, great service and if something isn't right they make it right.

Got a great Cobb salad....but they forgot the eggs....

The staff here are always willing and able to anticipate the rush and accommodate the popularity during busy times and remain friendly.

Probably the best restaurant if you're looking for something quick in Westfield. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. The food is cheap and mostly guilt free. The best part is the amount of free stuff they give away through their phone app.

I mean it is Chick-fil-A. Clean, Fast, Friendly establishment with great chicken and waffle fries.

This location is great, the lines always seem to be long, but they are still faster than most other restaurants. The entire crew is always helpful and extremely friendly.

Food is ALWAYS good!!! (Love me the grilled chicken tenders). Staff always polite and eager to help. 5 's!!

Love this place, if you haven't tried this your in for a treat. And even though similar places in this area service was always terrible. Chick - fill- A didn't it was great as always

I am usually very happy with this place. My most recent visit was not so great. We were missing a box of chicken nuggets, and when we got them, they were cold and hard. I gave four stars because I have been here multiple times and it was excellent but my latest visit just wasn't satisfactory.

Always fresh, always great service. They walk around the line taking orders on mobile devices to expedite the process. Get the Chik-fil-A sauce!

Ordered the #1 meal and guess what no fries!! Surprise! Also ordered the nugget meal asked the lady at the window to make sure we got the polynesian sauce and she assured us we'd get it. The guy has been doing this for 5years, She tells us. I guess that did not include things like French Fries.

Ordered the regular chicken sandwich meal. It was good the chicken is well seasoned and goes well with the pickle. Didn't taste much mayo, dont know what happened there, but other than that was good. The service was very good, the workers were very polite and courteous.

I think Popeye's has a better chicken sandwich, but it's still pretty good.

This restaurant has the best customer service and great food too! There was a miscommunication with my order but the managers were very quick to make it right. They refunded my money back. The people who work here are the nicest of any restaurant around. Love this place.

Whenever I visit Chick-fil-A I always leave with a smile on my face. The employees are the nicest and best trained in the entire fast food industry. Couple the great employees with the fantastic food and you have what I call the Chick-fil-A experience. Always fresh and delicious food, always consistently great employees. Chick-fil-A is the model by which to judge all others. Great job!

The lines at every Indianapolis chik fil a are ridiculous no matter the day or time really. What really pisses me off though is the drive thru line 100% blocks 3 traffic lanes preventing people who want to park and go inside to do so. In order to park, you MUST enter thru the exit one way and hope nobody comes around the same time and if they do they gotta move. Not very safe!!

Chick-fil-A was once again named America's favorite restaurant and continuing to grow throughout our country...As we have all noticed, there is something very special about every employee at a Chick Fil A...We all certainly appreciate their "My pleasure" reply to our thank you, but it's more than that...The Owner/operators have almost continuous meetings with their employees, inquiring about how they are doing, is the anything we can do to help you enjoy your time here with us, etc....They have more continuous improvement and positive support meetings with their employees one on one than any company I have ever been familiar with in my entire corporate career...The rest of us hold big meetings, with great video and beautiful handouts, but here they simply sit down across a table in the dining room and talk to and with their employee, one on one...I think that's the real origin of the "My pleasure" that always makes me smile..

Always a clean restuarant for being packed with people eating. The food is always great.

This Chick-fil-A is often very busy but the staff do great and serving everyone fast and with a smile. The location is sometimes difficult to get into and the drive through line long.

I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. The food is slightly more expensive than other fast food restaurants but it's better quality in the employees are always better than at the major fast food chains like McDonald's

Don't let the long line of cars in the drive thru fool you. They are very efficient. On the inside, the staff is friendly and courteous. Oy downside to this location is trying to get in and out if dining in.

This Chick-fil-A location is one of the best I've ever seen. They are great at social media interaction and having events for families. The restaurant is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and no matter how long the line in the Drive-Thru or inside seems to be, they are quick at delivering the food to your hands.

My kids love Chick-fil-A because of the playground. I love their chicken. We went tonight for their Christmas family celebration and the face painting, cookie decorating, and craft were great for my kids. It would be nice for the free kids meal promotion to still be valid. Prices here are too expensive to make us regulars which is too bad!

Negative 0. The setup and long lines blocking businesses is ridiculous. No food for me after 20 minutes in line. After all these months, chickfila should have a better system for handling drive through customers, puck ups, and their own delivery drivers. It is so odd that this business is so attractive when the food is only mediocre and the delivery model stinks.
