Took 15 minutes for an employee to come tell us in the drive thru their WiFi was out and so service was delayed in the drive thru. As a matter of fact we had to get his attention to ask him what was happening. After telling me about WiFi issues, he suggested we park and go inside to be served quicker so we did. Huge mistake, terrible advise! Sadly we watched the drive thru traffic clear three times before we got our carry out. At the end of the experience it took 36 minutes to get our "fast food", which we eventually had to ask the manager to get for us because we had been waiting for 34 minutes by then. We were late for reservations we had for the afternoon. Incredibly disappointing. Never again.
