Chick-fil-A in general is very good in both food and staff. This particular location in my opinion is off the charts good. Food, breakfast this occasion, was both hot and fresh. Staff went out of their way to make sure our visit was a pleasant one. Very attentive to our satisfaction.

I've never actually had a bad experience at a chikfila. Just a slow experience. It's always packed, but there's a reason for that. The food is always killer and it's always served hot and fresh. If you have the option to, I always recommend going to chikfila. Whenever someone asks what I want for lunch you already know what I'm asking for. Number 1 no pickles and a shake.

Wow! Best chick fil a experience! When i pulled up the drive through line was super long but it moved so quickly i thought it was going to take at least 30 minutes but i was in and out within 10. It was 100% contactless as well. They have you swipe your card yourself and when i pulled up to the window my food was sitting out on a table outside the pickup window with my name on it. Always a great experience at chick fil a but this one was awesome!

I can be the 15th car in line and get my food faster then if I was the 3rd car anywhere else. Foods always great tasting and never any issues. 100% my favorite place to eat
They are soooooo nice. I dropped my bag of food (totally my fault) and they replaced it for free, all the while not judging and making me feel better about my error.
Took 15 minutes for an employee to come tell us in the drive thru their WiFi was out and so service was delayed in the drive thru. As a matter of fact we had to get his attention to ask him what was happening. After telling me about WiFi issues, he suggested we park and go inside to be served quicker so we did. Huge mistake, terrible advise! Sadly we watched the drive thru traffic clear three times before we got our carry out. At the end of the experience it took 36 minutes to get our "fast food", which we eventually had to ask the manager to get for us because we had been waiting for 34 minutes by then. We were late for reservations we had for the afternoon. Incredibly disappointing. Never again.

This CFA gets very very busy. The cashiers sometimes have a hard time customizing orders, but they usually get it right. If you re coming at peak lunch or dinner time then be prepared to wait awhile. The drive through gets twice wrapped around and the dining room is standing room only. If you plan on dining in, I would say park back further in the large lot on the other side of the service road and walk over. And if you re by yourself, a nice patron may allow you to sit in the empty seat at their table so you can eat your meal.
Always take time to stop and get food from this one. They are fast, friendly, and clean.

How fast can a fast food place get? This location has it down. Fastest place for food in town. The drive thru is handled meticulously and perfected with several members using simple team efforts to take orders, take payments, and many times have your food ready and brought out to your car before you even hit the window. Crazy fast and great food as always. The busy nature might be jarring for some, but it never slows down their service. Give it a shot!

Chicken sandwich and fries were not crispy but Soggy. Sent back and the same thing happened. I have been to other chick-fil-a and this has not been the case
Extremely busy, we actually parked in lot next door because the 2 drive thru lanes were backed up into the parking lot. I also had 2 free lunch cards from a bad experience I had at another location....... This happened last fall on 86th street. Manager gave me these, well they had expired 6/2018. Also both were to be used at 2 different locations, 1 was Broad Ripple and other was Southport Rd. Neither location is anywhere near the store that the incident happened and both cards were expired when I was given them. So we paid for our lunch and left because it was overly crowded and very loud. So today's experience was not the normal happy experience we usually have. Oh well.
I'm not always a fan of the flavor, but they are known for their excellent customer service, that the social experience alone gives them 5 stars. God bless you!
