Chick-fil-A at Westfield Review

Good Chick-fil-a, kids play area was fairly dirty though

Food is good, unfortunately they have stopped catering to those who have food allergies. Now it is difficult for us to go there as a family. If they would give more detail on their website regarding allergens then just maybe we could start going back.
This commentary is regarding the Chick-fil-A as a whole not just this individual store.

Definitely lives up to Chick-Fil-A's service standards. Been pleased every time I've gone here.

This place is constantly super busy, but still manages to be a pretty quick experience by having multiple employees taking orders outside. They are incredibly friendly and always accurate. Don't let the long line stress you out!

This is specifically for the drive through, which I frequent. Can't speak for the inside.

The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently great. The fruit is always fresh and delicious. I have never had a bad meal here exclamation

This place is only good for drive thru and if willing to wait. The curbside pick up is a joke. They don't even start your order until after you have arrived. So you place your order and then wait fifteen minutes after arriving which is what happened to us. They tell you they will deliver on the app but it always states technical issues. So basically you are stuck with the line at the drive thru.

Chick-fil-A always does a great job with groups.

My first visit. Food was good, people who worked there were great and love the Christian music playing on the speakers

Good chicken sandwich, breakfast is so so, chicken nuggets are good. Lemonade is great. Overall, over rated.

Chick-fil-A's are almost always great restaurants but this one is A+ among Chick-fil-A's.

All other fast food restaurant need to take notes. These are fast food workers that deserve $15/hour. Try again McDonalds staff

Of the fast food restaurants Chick-fil-A has to be my favorite. I live in Kokomo and Will Travel once or twice a month to Westfield just to get Chick-fil-A. I really wish we would get one in town. I know it would go over great. I really hope the people that run Chick-fil-A or read this and other reviews that people have posted.

Great service for a fast-food chain and they need it because this one is ALWAYS very busy! Consistently good food though....

Overwhelmed. Too many people. They need two of these in Carmel. We had to park far away. They forgot our plastic ware for the salads that they normally put in the bag so we had to walk all the way back to get it through the crazy crowd and cars!

Friendly people. Fantastic to see the passion they have for their work. People who really care about you and what you want. Also, the food is fantastic!!! Thank you CFA team!!

People here don t know how to read mobile orders. Ordered a meal and just got a sandwich.

It s a Christian KFC with lines that hinder me getting into Applebee s.

Super busy at 6 on a Wednesday night. Spicy chip sand. Was ok. Fries were limp. This wasn't special to me.

I tried the Market salad today, it didn't disappoint. DELICIOUS

Wait not too long. Amount of chicken on salad was lacking. They were not that busy and no one came around to the table for refills. So not 5 today.

Love their market salad. It's large enough to accompany family dinner.

Very friendly staff. Not use to not having a morning newspaper to read and no seasonal decorations. No flowers on tables, just motifs on walls of local schools. Very basic restaurant.

August 2020 update....used app to order a few times, went to the curbside line, entered space number on app, got food in about 5-7 minutes during medium traffic through drive through. Still faster than drive through line. Fantastic food! I'm learning to avoid the lunch/dinner rush times, which speeds things up a bit. You can also save your orders on the app and just reorder instead of going back through the menu. Some don't like curbside, but it works really well for our family. Also, as mentioned prior, the staff is always so nice! They do a really good job of hiring pleasant mannered helpful employees.

Chick-Fil-A is awesome! However, the line is not. They try really hard to accommodate, but it's just so good that everyone wants to be there. I wish there was a way to fix this, but spacing of nearby businesses looks like it's not an option. Alas, we will continue to go because it is so good. I also appreciate that they're closed on Sundays. This gives staff time off for church, family, relaxation. Kudos for a great business move. Recommend.... EVERYTHING! I don't think I've ever been disappointed with the food and this establishment has some of the nicest employees I've ever seen housed all under one restaurant's roof. Always super nice and always trying to go that extra step to ensure you have a nice meal when dining inside. Thumbs up to this location!

The line was really long, but it didn t take long for them to get us all through. Great experience for a last minute trip to get food, so we didn t have to cook. I took photos of the line to show my family the sacrifice I was making, but the staff moved the line too fast. Great food. I ordered way too much. Are way too much. Very happy!

Don't let the long drive thru line scare you away - they typically get you in and out fairly quickly.

Service here is always on point! Not sure how they do it. They are constantly busy and keep the flow going so well. Everyone is prompt and friendly too!

I feel like no explanation is needed here. No matter how busy this place is you will have your food in 5 minutes. It's that simple.

Great food just overwhelmingly busy & parking lot isn't very spacious

Beyond friendly workers and amazing food. Long lines aren't bad either since they get everyone's order ready and your out in about 10 minutes or less.

Not sure what it is with this particular location and their chicken nuggets, but every time I have ordered nuggets, it has not been a good experience. The nuggets taste weird, the nuggets of white meat, there s vains in them and today I found a bone piece in it. The lines in drive through is extremely long with wrapping around the building. A new ergonomic way to accommodate their expanding popularity would be wise. The staff is nice and courteous, but something about this locations chicken is in question.

The fastest, most prompt drive thru service. Bar none. Don't worry if the line is around the block - they get customers served quickly.

Love the food and the great Christian atmosphere in all the chick fil a stores. The customer service is top notch never had a bad experience with food or service.

This is the best managed Chic-Fil-A I have ever been to. Excellent service, consistent food and all of the staff are on top of everything. Perfect for family outing and even lunch they get the food to you quickly and its always prepared correctly.

This place was PACKED with a double drive through against parking......however we waited in a line that moved quickly to a staff of smiling employees Always a Favorite!

I ordered on the app for curbside pickup then drove the 15 minutes to the restaurant. once there, I waited 25 minutes and still hadn t gotten my order. I called and was told they were waiting 3-4 minutes for the food to be done. when I did get my food, it wasn t even hot or fresh. this definitely isn t my favorite chick-fil-a....

Super busy and if you're a doordasher they are rude to you.

Of the four cashiers, two really lacked warmth. I only mentioned this because this is the first time I've come across a Chick-fil-A cashier who wasn't actually super friendly. The food was good. I definitely ordered grilled nuggets but got them fried instead. Normally someone would ask us how our order is, but no one ever did. It was busy, but normally this extra step happens anyway.
