The lobby of this hotel is the size of a large closet, but the room we had was amazing, best in europe this trip (and we have been in 9 rooms so far): It was big, bright, great view, nicely furnished (simple), with a fantastic bed (nice portuguese linens, too). Really a great hotel, well located near a lot but on a quiet street. One thing to know is that the tram goes under the windows about 5 stories down the hill, so you can hear it starting in the morning about 7 or 8, but not bad.

it was an amazing experience with such lovely staff. the rooms were incredible and the view was spectacular witch you could see the river and down town. the breakfast crepes were to die for made especially by the owner. over all my stay was phenomenal.
