If you are a real machinist! .....DO NOT WORK HERE.....

Run run run away machinist. This place is full of job scared individuals. Previous reviews talk about management and its all true. All the jobs are tribal knowledge. If you have any skills. Don't waste your time. Honestly one of the worst places to work at in the tri-county area. You will deal with a millennial program dept who have no business being in that position.

This place isn't for everyone, I've not worked for a perfect business. I work with a lot of good people and some collecting a paycheck. I strive to meet the challenges. Overall it's called WORK .

A bunch of mean old men. Seeing who can be the most unpleasant. Very chaotic place, chaotic management, antiqued production system. There in desperate need of Machinist but the work environment is so hostile. They can't keep ANYBODY. Until current management dies off stay away. I'm currently at Rockwell international on Hillsborough st in largo. Very happy now

Bad Management, Manager in the Quality Department has a short temper and is difficult to get along with....Company is going down , not sure if it can stay open another year...not really a good place to work for , no 401k retirement, company won't match any funds....Computer system is out dated constantly having to reboot systems always going down...Humanresources is always on the side with management...so if your a hourly employee your screwed when it comes to being fair....they'll just fire you over anything small.....

Like every comment and review states. RUN AWAY!!!! Welders Machinist anyone who's looking for work. You have been warned. This place lies, cheats and steals from employees. They falsify documents to the navy. They are in the middle of losing a navy contract for their own engineering negligence. They have sub par people acting like God's gift to engineering meanwgile they can't wrote a simple weld procedure or machine boring program
