It's the Coste family. Standard food, unpleasant service and it's expensive!

Good flavors, a little late attention but it was worth it. The taste is very well achieved.

Beautiful spot but the service and food need work. Very slow staff - perhaps they were hungover because their uniforms were all soiled in some manner and we arrived at the opening. They forgot to remove items from the bill that had to be sent back. Risotto was the best item we had but still needed heavy salt. Escargot and burrata were both lacking in flavor and ingredients didn t seemed fresh.

The interior is beautiful Art nouveau, This stylish restaurant was a little too touristic The food in itself was not bad.The decor is what you would expect from a moderately upscale Parisian restuarant - old style yet with a modern touch. The decor in this restaurant is absolutely wonderful.

TO AVOID. AVOID. Service "Parisian", it is the servers (like taxis) who choose the customers. Refused to serve us drinks even as the table neighbors finish their coffee without having lunch, it was about 15H Sunday, November 1, 2015. The questionable explanation of the "chef de service" and his fake smile have nothing arranged.

Waiters are "Parisian" way (as taxis are). Waiters choose their clients. They refused to serve us. The chief waiter gave us a bad explanation with a two-faced bastard smile.

Price too high for a kitchen without originality. We pay the frame and the place. We will not be going back.

I will recommend this restaurant for 2 things .... the superb terrace and the meat which is very good.
Unfortunately that is not enough for everything else. The quantities served are for anorexics (the supplement for fries is 6 ), the fries are not good and 38 for a very small piece of meat even if it is good it is a mess.
The welcome and the service are not good at all. We are not even asked if we liked the dish.
Better to come during the week to have a menu (starter, main course or main course dessert) at 26 which is much more interesting and enjoy the terrace. Otherwise I advise against coming on weekends.

Terrible service and extremely sub-par food. Owner treated us like an inconvenience and rushed us out of restaurant in 45 mins; steak was tough and poorly cooked. Very disappointed in Chez Julien as we left this for our last meal in Paris.

As an Australian living in Paris, this one which is very chic , across from the River Seine , the table service is excellent along with a choice of excellent French cuisine.
I suggest the exterior seating in the simmer , which sometimes runs a risk of smokers being nearby !!
Make sure you make a reservation !!

A restaurant with a very nice interior. The food was very good and the service was attentive and friendly. Maybe a little too expensive, but that's Paris. It is advisable to reserve in advance.

I would return immediately, beautiful location, excellent service not to mention the dishes. It's expensive.

What a pity ! This restaurent had longed me for a long time. The setting is so beautiful - that I dream of eating there. And here we come with this big sun for an aperitif on the terrace. What a description! Chaotic and non-attentive service. Prices are too expensive for what it is. No thanks.

I knew this restaurant 5 years ago, quality service and meals. I tested yesterday and how to say .... mediocre. The entry arrived before the aperitif, I asked for the wine list which arrived on the dish and I had to get up to get some water. The sauce on the dish was warmed up, light film on the surface. Wines by the glass, obvious scam, a staple that had to remain uncapped all night. In short, it is not what it used to be).

Service is a shame. Staff neither professional nor friendly.

Zero service! We wanted a drink, the guy moved us from the table and we waited a long time to leave because no one came

Delicious. One of the best of chocolate in Paris. Delicious creme brulee.

Good food at Paris prices. Not a bad thing; you are by Ile St Louis and the Seine. Everything I have ever had has been very good.

Privileged site, elegant place distinguished you. Service almost stopped. Where I intend to contain it from bindings to the height and from the place and the price of the card.

The meat is good but the service average. We were installed and then served, no one paid more attention to us. We were not even offered a dessert and to pay you do not have to wait for the waiters, go directly to the cashier. Be careful, no air conditioning or fan in summer, it was very hot at the table!

Chez Julien, it's a small restaurant a little behind. I have never understood the people who eat outside at the edge of a boulevard with a lot of traffic. It is not the most pleasant. This one is more quiet and the food is of good quality. It is also served by nice people.

We stopped only for a drink. The terrace in good weather is really nice. That's what makes this place unique. Rates are a little expensive but the quality of service is at the rendezvous.

Only had drinks! Lovely location I recommend the aperol spritz. Nice location back drop is one people walking past stop and take photos of. Staff friendly and attentative was not too busy outside on Friday afternoon

The Chateaubriand was to kill for, the peppersause was slightly cold, fries was ok and the price was pretty steepe. A bit pretentious

Good without being extraordinary. a main course a dessert (3 scoops ice cream) for 2 people, with a glass of wine and a water: 100 . Really very expensive

We took the time to have breakfast in this place, those looking to eat Healthy, or even the most greedy (salt beak or sweet beak) will find their accounts, good quality products offered. Coffee pulling upscale.

Cutie cafe that serves a great Earl Grey tea. They also have a small selection of breakfast food. Service is a little slow but worth the stop if your near by.

Houses from the 16th century, still somehow preserved

An enchanting place! The setting was really nice BUT ... too bad the food left me wanting. The salmon steak was banal. Just like the vegetables on the plate. A bland dish that a 10 year old child could very well have made.
To sum up: very nice setting but still expensive given the quality of the dishes ... disappointing!

Deplorable and unprofessional service (apprentices / student jobs?); The price-performance ratio is too high. It smells warm or kept warm. The place is nice and the terrace is beautiful but it is definitely a tourist restaurant, if possible not French. Tourists who would not seek the taste of products.

Fantastic!!! The exceptional chef his unique way of working truffles, a treat.

This property is a tourist trap, so avoid going there you will be disappointed.
Why ?
- the dishes have no taste, tasteless, and the presentation is absent.
- the pink ? it happens not fresh
- the prices ? delirium, while it is not worth 1/4 of what is asked
- the service? the waitresses are certainly girlfriends of the boss and it seems that they do the service while having fun, but not seriously.
A word about the boss who was present that night, this one parade and make the peacock with his court around him but in no case is there to help or manage his team.
You will understand by having invited my wife and thinking of having a good time I left with the idea of being plucked, to be polite.
I told the waitress my dissatisfaction, she just offered me to put the information back.
Now being me in the trade and sensitive to the customers being satisfied I wanted to share my experience.

We came for lunch. My dog (Australian Shepherd) was very well received .... and we had very good lunch for a reasonable price. Excellent welcome by friendly and efficient staff.

Great service, excellent food, very nice decor and an excellent selection of music! I can only recommend.

The decor and the terrace are real assets. The price is selective. Promising dishes. The waiter is very professional.

On the other hand, the quality now seems random ... We go from very good to average. Except that at this price level, we expect very good to excellent.

Ps on my last visit on 07/01/2018:

Don't be offended when you are returned water glasses that have had a washing accident. It happens ... Except you should check before you set the table.

Advice to the butler.

The blue suit is chic, but it does not hide the tasks acquired in the previous service when you have no change to stay impeccable. So black looks great on you .

Detestable value for money, wine too cold, tasteless food.
And to top it all too much music.

A scam, a tourist trap. Mediocre "cuisine", cold dishes. Pretentious, conceited, empty. And expensive. To flee.

Restaurant with very pleasant reception. The decor is superb. Possibility of a table outside on a very pleasant terrace. The food is pleasant but the prices are a bit high.

I have rarely been so well received in a Parisian cafe. When we had just closed the door in the restaurant opposite ... There, with a stroller, welcomed with open arms! The prices are those of the neighborhood, but the service is worth it for once.

Food wasnt that good (dry fish that had spent too much time under a warmup lamp) and too expensive. Location is superb.

We could not give an opinion on the products because we were so badly received that we left again.
Given the location, we give a very bad image of France to tourists.

the quality of service is not an option in the price.

I'm disappointed.......

Had a great experience at this restaurant. When searching I needed something that was open for dinner before 7:30pm as I was heading to Moulin Rouge for 8. As well another key requirement for me was portions to actually fill me unlike many other french restaurants and this left me feeling very much satisfied. Ambiance is romantic and made for a great place to Dine right before proposing to my fiancee at the Alexander III bridge. Quality of food was spectacular however I don't think I had a bad dish in all of Paris as quality food is definitely a focus for everyone. Made a great a place to bring the family as well, would recommend to try it out.

Attractive setting and pleasant welcome but the dishes are illusion on the map. Fish too cooked. Sauces unrefined. And champagne glasses half filled.
I knew this house in the years 1997. That would then deserve very good comments. We will not stay there again

AVOID! Reserved a table for me and my girl, wanted a fancy long dinner for our first night in Paris... So after about 3 minutes of waiting, got placed next to the road in the shade, on dusty tables away from any sniff of atmosphere by the tall witch-like host. I then asked a different host why we were unable to sit in the other much more appealing area, and she said they are reserved , to which I replied with, yes, we reserved one of them and so she moved us, much to the witches annoyance.
Ordered a nice bottle of red which came without olives (which everyone else had) so I requested. Before I could put the second olive in my mouth our risotto and chateaubriand arrived, which was faster than we waited to be seated (sub 3 minutes), what was even more perplexing was the fast food was not at all hot, I ve had better chips (which I sent back) served in McDonald s at 3am. I felt the whole experience was down to a judgment on what we would spend, which I ensured was as little as possible ( 130). We went for desert in the LGBT+ quarter, and it was absolutely fantastic.

Nice location. Nice setting. Compared to other comparably expensive restaurants the service was sub par. Nice and pleasant but not attentive so make sure you have everything you need from the waiter when he visits.
Also, food came out faster than in-and-out burger signaling that no, it s not made to order but sitting in a steam table which, again, for the expense isn t what you d expect.
