I had to bring my grandmother in to have her blood drawn for a medical procedure. The people up at admissions were so nice and let us know exactly where we needed to go. My grandmother was winded from walking so they offered me a wheel chair to her where she needed to go. Once we finished I rolled her out to the car across the street from valet, it was pretty windy out. A tall gentleman from valet saw me and ran across the street to help me get my grandmother in the car, he also took the wheel chair back for me. He really made my day.

No one wants to go to the hospital, but so times it's inevitable. My mom suffered a stroke, which no one discovered until this facility. She received excellent and compassionate care. My main disappointment was with the folks that answer the phone. They are very short and borderline rude, no matter which department, and never return messages. Yes, they are busy, but in times of COVID, they have to expect more calls since personal visiting is restricted.

My boyfriend went in cause he was not feeling to well and he told them what was going on and all they did was a chest X-ray and then sent him home. With some perceptions. I feel like they did not really care about what was going on with him. And then we called to see if we had to make an appointment like it says in the web page they were rude and short with him about it and told him that if he was not feeling well that he needs to go in and that they are not reserving anything. I am not happy with how they treat people.

I called to see if the lab could run the test. I arranged a time to drop off the sample. When we arrived, they said sorry they weren't talking samples today, after driving 1.5 hours.

Best hospital experience I've ever had. Also the first ER visit, but at what cost? I'd never needed the ER and I hope I never have to return. Two bills: one hospital, $800, one doctor IN the hospital, $500. Accidental puncture with a kitchen knife. Provisions?: antibiotic ointment, a strong bandaid, and two antibiotic pills. Arguably two months rent, sheesh.

Went in for left kidney pain. The PA was amazing along with the nurses. They were super busy and still made sure comfortable and in as little pain as possible. Found out I passed a kidney stone and it was the after effects that were causing issues. Very thankful for the wonderful care. Highly recommended hospital.

I was reassured by several nurses and doctors that my husband's care would be free, after our insurance. They mandated he stay longer and longer past his initial visit (way longer than we needed), reassuring us the whole way not to be concerned about the cost. They ended up billing my insurance, and my insurance paid about 10%, leaving us blind-sided with a large bill. Upon calling and trying to resolve the issue, they completely changed their story and now we are being sent to collections for not being able to pay. These vultures will smile and lie through their teeth, drawing out your stay and tests until they've squeezed every last drop out of you, and then they will leave you hanging with the bill. You're probably better off smoking essential oils than trying to deal with these parasites. You people make me absolutely sick.

Billing has no idea what they are doing. They can call me 15 times about a balance of $25 but i can't get a call back from someone that can answer a question.
Also there is more managers than staff at this hospital. I needed help and there was a bunch of managers sitting around talking but they could not help me and i had to wait for the one nurse who was running around overworked.

Beware!! Hospital is in network, but staff hired in the ER are out of network (even though you don't get to pick your ER doctor! Or in our case a nurse because no doctors were working!) Wrote a letter after we were charged and never got a response. Will be traveling to Fort Collins for all our future medical emergencies, even though 45 minutes away.

If you go in with a minor cut that just needs stitches, you ll come out in a casket. CRMC is a joke and extremely unethical!

I had no choice in picking this hospital, as I was taken in an ambulance. I stayed in the main hospital for 6 days, then was transferred to the Acute Rehab Unit in a different building of the hospital for an additional 5 days. The initial hospital stay would have been much easier (remember, this wasn't voluntary), if some of the attendants had been more kind and respectful. I've had it up to HERE with "terms of endearment", which the doctor assigned to my case said are discouraged, but goes on anyway. In the same breath as "sweetie" would come an "You're hurting my back... you have to help me move you!!!" I had a broken hip. She signed up for her job. Suck it up. The Acute Rehab Unit wasn't much better. After being admitted, I was told that meals were communal and there were group therapy sessions. I was NOT told this before I was admitted. After reading the fine print, it appears their excuse for communal meals is to get you socialized. Wow. If that isn't a crock! It's obviously to make it easier on the attendants. Because I refused communal meals, I was served an almost cold meal whenever it was convenient for them to bring me my meal. I also refused group therapy. This turned out to be an extremely smart move, as I did receive some valuable physical therapy there. The water in the Acute Rehab was seldom hot. I had to take a shower down the hall. All in all... not a good experience. Now I'm in the process of receiving outpatient rehab through the medical center and am extremely disappointed with it. Those I know who have had rehab agree that I'm getting shorted. I will be quitting the rehab early, since it doesn't appear to have anything much to offer.

BEWARE!!! The Emergency Room contracts with a physician group that doesn t accept insurance, so even if the hospital accepts your insurance, YOU WILL BE BILLED SELF PAY FOR THE PHYSICIAN SERVICES. I would rather drive to Fort Collins.

The nurses were so nice to my Dad. They always joked and laughed with him. Many of the doctors and nurses thought my Dad was a old cranky but funny guy. They were very good at managing his strokes and pnumonia. The cafeteria has some good food. And the nurses will make sure you stick to your diet so no sneaking in a taco or burrito.

I wound up here at 35 weeks pregnant while on a trip from my home in Denver. I had a nasty stomach virus that left me pretty dehydrated. I spent several hours in Labor & Delivery getting hydrated and having my baby monitored. The staff was efficient, and attentive. I cannot say enough good things, especially, about my RN Erin. She was kind, understanding, patient, and an excellent nurse. She made what was otherwise an unpleasant experience that much more bearable. Thank you, Erin from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center's Labor and Delivery.

This place cannot even be referred to as a hospital. I was admitted and going through tests. I asked my doctor if I could get up and walk around, which I did only to be accosted by the so called security guards telling me I can't do that. Well #1 I'm a grown woman and can do what I want, especially since my doctor approved it. This place needs to be shut down.

I went here back in April for suicidal thoughts (no plan, attempt nor threat) asking for help with medication. They had one social worker assess me, and he put me on a legal detention. I was treated like a criminal and locked up for three days. It was a traumatic experience, and for all that they refused to even help me with my medication.
I will definitely not return here nor anywhere else in Cheyenne for medical care! Medical clinics in Africa and Asia are better than CRMC. I ve been going back to Cincinnati Ohio for medical care, and for future emergencies hopefully I ll survive the drive to Fort Collins or Denver.

I just went to this "hospital". They put me in the so called fast track. I sat there for an hour before the Dr came in. During that hour, two people came in with very minor things. They were taken care of and discharged. Then two more people came in and they were taken care of asap. This hospital ER is a joke. I wouldn't take my dog there.

Emailed CRMC about my treatment in the ER. Even called a week or so after to see why no one has contacted me. All I got was sorry we'll have someone call you. No one ever called! Emailed them again about another issue again no return call. CRMC doesn't care about how your treated or what you think. Too bad they're the only game in town for emergency treatment.

This place is simply disgusting! The doctors are very incompetent and think they are knowledgeable and smart doctors, they do not listen to their patients and their concerns. I do not understand why some doctors are so cocky here, and think they know everything. Maybe you forgot you are a doctor in Wyoming, probably no other places want you, thanks for the tolerable state of Wyoming. They did not listen to my concerns and almost cost my son s life. My 4 month old baby was in the emergency room for two days, the doctor only there once. They drew my son s blood for lab tests, they did not even give me the result. When I asked the nurses where is my son s lab results and when doctor can come to see him, the nurse told me she will check if the results are ready but she never did. I repeatedly asked where is the doctor, one nurse told me the doctor went home, I can call her if you need anything. Omg, the ER pediatric floor does not even have a doctor on duty at night?!,! The second day I asked another nurse where is the doctor, the nurse told me the doctor is with other patients My husband had his nose surgery there, the doctor destroyed his nose, we had to spend 40k to find a cosmetic surgeon to fix it. If you are sick, please do yourself a favor, drive to FC, you would not regret about the drive. Again, doctors here in Wyoming for a reason, they can loose their license at other states and still practice here. On the other notes, this hospital is not equipped to do anything.

Worst hospital i have EVER seen. Totally ignored what my wife had to say. She spilled ice tea on her scrubs that she was in and asked for a new pair. The staff totally ignored her request. When i came back 6 hours later they STILL have not let her change. She asked the SAME nurse for a simple Tylenol for pain she has due to a condition she has. She did not ask for the pain meds she has prescriptions for. After 2 hours not a thing for pain relief. The doctor that came in to advise her straight out LIED to her and i about what was going to happen. it was not till the night crew came in and was upfront with us and got her another pair of scrub bottoms. There a few other things that happened that i will not share here. Unless you are about to die do not go here. Go to Fort Collins. Totally unacceptable and we WILL be talking to an attorney.

The regular hospital is great. I had three visits there for heart related issues. The doctors were amazing and the nursing staff was very attentive and great as well. The ER however was a far less satisfying experience. They didn't take my injury seriously and the nurse was rude.

My husband and I went into CRMC last night because I'm 12 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness hadn't allowed me to keep anything down all day. We didn't have to wait long for a room, and the staff was quick and very friendly. They checked on me often and answered all my questions and concerns right away. Great place!!!

Our hospital visit was great, but their billing department has completely ruined our experience with Cheyenne Regional. They're unorganized, unfriendly, and don't follow through. They refused to update my address after moving from Cheyenne and then sent our account to a collections agency after missing ONE payment from not getting our statements. SO glad to never have to deal with these fools again.
