It's good, the location a bit far but it's not bad.

Beautiful and stylish apartments. Pricy parking onsite but this a norm being in this part of Londin. Rooms show signs or wear and tear.

Easily accessible, close to bus stops and the kolej queue

Location is very convenient right next to a train station (one stop away from the Victoria station on the National Railway Southern Line) and several bus lines. Also next to a few restaurants that are decent value in terms of value. There is also a grocery store, Tesco, roughly 7 minutes walk away from here.

The interior and exterior needs some update. Bring your own towels as the towels that was in our unit was a bit old and looks like they ve see better days. Lastly the hall says is quite small so can make maneuvering a stroller quite challenging.

Clean, convenient and hassle free. Would do it again.

The place is so dirty i think i caught MRSA from here!

Quite a nice place, clean apartments. Good location. The beds were small though, and the corridor smelled like mouldy cheese.

The receptionist Nour was very rude, my security deposit still hasnt been returned after two months and there were rats in the apartment, worst serviced apartments ever!

I think the apartments meet expectations, nice bedroom, big living room plus kitchen. Near the train station 200 Mt, near a park for running. Only thing I missed was a gym. Price worth the value.

The apartment was not really beautiful. The pictures in the prospects promised something completely else. We had a lot of small broken things (mirror, desk, kitchen, floor,....). The bathroom was partially moldy, and not made for 5 people.

I highly recommend this place to stay in England the price is extremely excellent and nothing to do with a hotel in England ...

The staff watch you like a bunch of 5 year olds. You cant book it for your bday... Has you can only have 3 extra visitors until 11. Any extra you will be charged and the police will be called. Neighbours complain of noise. So u can only whispher.
The rooms are much smaller than they look. There are no balconies. You are better off booking an hotel room for the price they charge.
Great if youre a couple that just need a posh space for the night. But very misleading. Not for a fun weekend with kids or20 olds

Great apartments to stay in, staff are so helpful and it's very central to see all the sights of London. There is work going on over the road and getting in first time is a little weried but other than that it's fine lovely place to stay.

A company that does NOTHING to prevent fraudulent activity, I had no booking with this company and had never stayed with them a huge amount of money was taken from my card even though there has never been any booking on there system from me. After searching YouTube I found A LOT of gangster video shoots taking place here in the rooms and grounds they have advertised you can see a lot of money, drugs and drink being consumed here through all the videos. Corrupt management and not a safe place to bring children. Manager claimed I had my I.d stolen when i clearly have It and also mocked my English!

Decent value for London and good location + size for the price but the 1 bed flat is like a fishbowl, over-looked by roads on all sides, plus bathroom smelt of mould becuase the shower leaked all over the floor.

It is a good place to stay for the price. There are not many amenities like the city but it is not uncomfortable, and the staff's kindness and house keeping are also satisfactory.

Annoying. far away. Missing the basics of furniture. Cleaning workers neglected.

Really good stay. Very comfy. Very clean. Great value. Thoroughly recommend.

DO NOT STAY AT CHELSEA BRIDGE APARTMENTS

I booked an executive room at Chelsea bridge apartments and not only did it fall short from expectations but the lack of honesty is immense.

Their excuse for providing me a room that looks completely different to what they display is "we have 10 executive rooms and allocation is random" they are deceitful and rude.

Do not be another victim of their false advertising and misleading scam.

Legal action will be taken as they refused to give back my money even though I could not bare to stay the night in a filthy looking room.

Needs new furniture. Apartment takes 6 people apparently but there isn't furniture for 6 people! Might look a good price but everything extra is charged heavily.......
The wifi is a joke.........there isn't enough bandwidth if you get on it you get kicked off within minutes.

It's no good for elderly people or te less able the shower is coupled with the bath, and is a massive step into and I am 5'6". It's scary coming back out when the floor is wet and is a long way down. It lacks hand holds to make it safer.

It seems better. Good situation the furniture is very improvable.

We booked the luxury apartment, but it didn't do it justice. Tile joints were not filled, layers of blinds were partially broken out, and professional repairs were carried out (huge silicon scar)

Shabby, location is not great but there is a tescos local. Views are ok a lot of skyline but unbuilt also included so not amazing views. Apartment inside is Nice though better than exteriors

Stayed here with partner for my 22nd birthday, cleanliness needs to be addressed! We stayed room 13 , very noisy due to traffic. Had to check in before 12pm no visitors after 11.

nice looking rooms unfortunately their were a lot of pubic hairs in apartment such as in the bathroom, bedroom ;Under sink, In the bath and also around the back of the toilet seat.

pubic hairs in and on the bed. And more than a few long hair strands left on the bedroom floor. And slight scum in bath around plug hole.

Not only this but dishes and cups left in the dishwasher also which was found on arrival. My views just generally unclean but what can u expect for a cheaper room I guess.

The staff were friendly enough I addressed these issues with two of the receptionists the next day as we didn't even get in from my party till 4 am, they did look apologetic but to be honest if I was a higher paying customer or more confronting I wouldn't have paid due to higene standards!

I simply gave some constructive criticism to fix in these issue for future and to avoid this matter occurring for someone else.

so as we were leaving decided to get a pinni from their cafe, which was lovely until I found another hair :| (in the pinni) the staff member did give me another after this happened.

But generally an okay stay but not clean ; not somewhere i would stay again.

Absolutely amazing but I couldn't turn the rubbish bin on that made me very sad. And the shower knobs are 3 cubes with no indication of what they do half my shower was freezing to death and burning alive. The toaster was pretty cool and the view was amazing the beds were like personal clouds I loved it

Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a (smaller) bathroom and a second toilet. Complete kitchen with really everything (including washing machine), what you need. Even a freezer is available. The decor is modern and you feel right at home. Lies between two busy streets and it can be louder in the morning. Overnight cooling the apartment pretty much and the control of the air conditioning (!) Is a mystery. Nice staff at the reception.

The room smelled really bad, I made a complaint and the reception suggested to spray it. And they will happily con you

Nice place.. Water needed to be hotter. 1 shower was not working and cooker was turned off at fuse board. But we still enjoyed the place.

Terrible stay, haven't refunded deposit, very bad hotel. Do not stay here.

amazing place! Must be stay 5-star hotel Not as big as 2 bedroom living room in two bedroom suite, with 3 living room windows, in-room safe, minibar, washing machine, electric kettle, all utensils, sugar, powder coffee and tea bag I luckily stayed in Korea better than 5 star executive

Very cool and homely, i enjoyed my 5 days break. Will definitely visit again.

Clean but a bit shabby and basic. Not sure how it got a 4 star rating.

Could do with a bit of a tidy up. Looks very worn. Apart from that it's a good place to stay.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

My partner and I booked an executive apartment at Chelsea bridge last night and was absolutely shocked with the way we was treated.

We politely explained To the receptionist that the room we booked is not the same room that we are staying in. And infact doesn't fit the executive room description. There was 2 double beds instead of 1 king and a double.
Unfortunately she couldn't help us at all because she did not have the power to do so.
We filed a complaint asking for a refund because the room did not meet our requirements nor did it fulfil the advertisements requirements. The manager refused to speak to me and had the employee pass the message along that they cannot refund me because of late cancellation.

Although my partner and I aren't to fussed about the money, it is the principle that matters. We could not cancel even if we wanted to because we had no idea that they will give us a room that is completely different to the one we thought we was booking. There excuse was rather insulting. "We have 10 executive rooms" weather you have 100 executive rooms as a hotel to avoid situations like this you are not suppose to mislead the customers.

1. You either simply inform the customers before hand how the room will look with photos and not play roulette and hope they like a completely different room

2. Show clear photos of all 10 different rooms on your website and explain, rooms are allocated at Random.

3. Keep every room the same as the displayed picture.

Worst serviced apartments in London, the walls had holes, the ceiling had mold etc and it's located in a rubbish part of London.

Spacious, nicely decorated and inexpensive apartments

Stayed in 2 bed penthouse.Comfortable beds.
Good for Chelsea / Battersea. Not bad price if 2 couples, otherwise far too expensive. Nice views. Immediate neighbourhood dull but couple of nice pubs nearish. Quiet up top.

The location was great, but they didn't provide enough bedding for the number of people reserved. Called to inquire about an early check in and was told that it was not possible... come to find out via the pamphlet it was possible for an additional fee. There was no mention of that over the phone. Uppon check in there were additional fees and taxes not previously mentioned/posted on the reservation site. The water was extremely hot in the shower and adjusting wasn't possible. The tub didn't drain properly. Various minor damages including the sofa cushion zipper. Hardly the "luxury" apartment as advertised. Positives, it was was very very clean and the transit to and from the attractions a breeze. Good local restaurants nearby.

When we walked through the door to our Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment, I was impressed upon first look. Nice big, open apartment.

As it was late when we got in, I wandered over to the main bedroom and started to get ready for bed. We noticed a few small curly hairs and one large strand of hair on the duvet. Gross, but thats fine, doesn t really affect us, so we used our lint roller. Pulled the duvet back (theres no top sheet) and found more small hairs throughout the bed and around the pillows. We called the girl at the reception and we explained we found hairs in the bed and asked for new sheets, etc. A little while later, she arrived with a single sheet and helped us put that on the bed. Honestly thought after explaing it to her on the phone, we get pillow cases, sheets, etc. replaced but instead just replaced the one sheet. We ended up lint rolling the whole bed twice. Covered the pillows in some t-shirt s to be less grossed out about using them.

The apartment itself looks nice from afar. If you actually start looking closer, there are cracked baseboards, knicks in the walls, and the ensuite bathroom smelled odd.

The kitchen had pots and pans, washing machine, dish washer, stove top, fridge.

Living room had a TV, black couch (didn t sit on this due to how we felt about the bed), dining table, mini fridge with snacks available for purchase.

Originally was thinking of giving this place 4 stars until the bed situation, as I feel spending around $300cad should allow you to sleep somewhere that has clean sheets. In addition the towels looked quite dingy as well, unfortunately, so I wasnt able to shower before our flight the following morning.

The place is nice, but it is a bit distant .... The furniture needs to be renovated, but it is ok

This is my first post on the board, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up on a very important topic. I stayed at the Chelsea Bridge Apartments.... and on the final morning of my stay i woke up with the first visible signs of a staph infection...and not just any staph infection...the biopsy has identified it as MRSA which can be VERY dangerous, especially to at risk groups. MRSA staph infections are resistant to many antibiotics (including Penicillin and Amoxicillin), it's very contagious and can be passed from one person to another a number of different ways in normal social settings. And once a person gets infected by the bacteria it's quite a fight to get rid of it. I'm about 6 months into my battle, and it isn't fun. I'm telling you because my doctor believes there's a good chance i was infected during holidays. Please be careful.

Booked through booking.com pictures showed balcony but upon arrival was told balcony rooms are super deluxe rooms extra charges. But apartment we had was nery nice, Large & spacious nicely furnished. 1 note for improvement would be for management to invest in better mattresses apart from that enjoyed the stay. Not trying to be negative in review as I did enjoy the stay but areas could be improved

Facilities were ok. Had the pleasure of sleeping on the sofabed on rm 13. Had to turn boiler off as was v loud and the ac didnt work. Otherwise served a purpose. May not use again tbh

It is very unprofessional and with poor taste to refund a client s money for booking after several weeks without taking into cognizance that we had no other reservation before now, and that by now looking for an Apartments if any available, would be highly expensive.

Where in your policy did you write that our money can be refunded without any due regards. Is this how you treat your customers? Or is it because we are black and paid you from Nigeria? Did you consider you are about spoiling the Easter Holiday for my family? Especially my kids? Are you people this heartless?

You did not bother to find an alternative accommodation, instead you returned our money after holding it in your account for that long a time. If it were the other way around, would have accepted our cancellation and refunded our entire money gladly?

This is very improper and unbecoming, I am going to continually write a negative review about your place, complain to whoever cares to hear of how mean and Carlos you people are especially towards family.

Very bad experience. The room wasn t cleaned and the hairs on the floor. Also, there are construction on going so the noise of the builders so loud. We couldn t sleep well. Definitely not recommend it for anyone and we are not coming back ever again.

Not much to write. Good studio suite but nothing else.

Came here as a guest to visit a friend very strong smell throughout hallways of marijuana! And a few hooded youths in and out. Wasn t a nice experience not what you expect from an area like Chelsea.

Great value for money, good standard accommodation great staff and nice cafe on site.

Spacious and apartments, definitely met our expectations

After a very pleasant phone call, I was actually looking forward to the stay. The location is very good. Unfortunately, the provider did not keep agreements and then did not fulfill promises made:
- Wrong apartment (only one bathroom instead of two bathrooms, no balcony) without any suggestions for improvement
- no extra bed despite written approval
- Promise to provide the parking space free of charge and not to charge extra people not kept.
- Management can no longer be reached by phone, unfortunately receptionists "can't" do anything.

I would never stay here again and advise against it.

Lovely spacious apartments that are at a very good price. Spotlessly clean with a very modern look. Patio area with seating. Breakfast is served in a little cafe within the grounds of the apartments. Will definately be going back again .

The apartment it's spacious , reception staff received us very well but we were not satisfied for housekeeping. The clean not it's good ,
and one girl of team of housekeeping spoke to me badly (flat 73), not it's ok to have this attitude of the guest.

Excellent, clean today, not too expensive a fantastic alternative to London hotels...

It was a great apartment! The downside was a mediocre foldable bed for the 5th person for 4 nights it wasn't great!

Very nice room , the front desk workers are so nice.

The linen had brown marks and there was mold on the ceiling, If i could give this place 0 stars then i would. It is a one star hotel at best, 5 star hotel? No.
