It is very unprofessional and with poor taste to refund a client s money for booking after several weeks without taking into cognizance that we had no other reservation before now, and that by now looking for an Apartments if any available, would be highly expensive.

Where in your policy did you write that our money can be refunded without any due regards. Is this how you treat your customers? Or is it because we are black and paid you from Nigeria? Did you consider you are about spoiling the Easter Holiday for my family? Especially my kids? Are you people this heartless?

You did not bother to find an alternative accommodation, instead you returned our money after holding it in your account for that long a time. If it were the other way around, would have accepted our cancellation and refunded our entire money gladly?

This is very improper and unbecoming, I am going to continually write a negative review about your place, complain to whoever cares to hear of how mean and Carlos you people are especially towards family.

Thank you for nothing.
