I absolutely love this place! The food was delicious, our waitress recommended the crab claws and oh boy was she right! The ox tail was great seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our waitress was great and the music and atmosphere was just right. I will definitely be coming back for more!
First experience and worst experience here. My husband, my friend, and I went here tonight for dinner and was truly disappointed. We got there at 8:50 for a 9pm reservation and was seated. 10 min later a waitress came and took our drink order. Waited 30 minutes still no drinks. Waitress came and stated "we may never get our drinks because the bartender choose who get drinks and who don't ". Wow. Asked for Manager and no one never came to the table. 9:45 we left without dinner or drinks.
Great ribs, greens and Mac and cheese. Enjoyed every bite.
The food was great and the service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. A wonderful 1st impression that will be rewarded with future visits.
The food is sloppy, & overpriced. The bbq ribs are $18 with their side of choice. If you decide to exchange different side its $1.25 extra. The portion was extremely small. The girl who took my ToGo order has a major attitude. Waiting to pay the bartender had to remind her i was there to pick an order up several times. She tossed the receipt to me to sign... walked in back grabbed the food tossed it in bar opened it nd walked away. The chease was cheap and falling off noodles. Greens were ok and rib were not fully cooked with minimum bbq sauce. I WILL NOT EAR HERE AGAIN
The food experience here was TERRIBLE!!!!! Customer service here was great though! The food is overpriced, $10 for 6 wings???? No thanks. We were here for an event, spoke to Chef Rob, not knowing he was chef Rob, he didn't even open his mouth. If I'm a customer in your establishment and inquiring about food you are serving the least you can do is speak or answer the question. I will say this, the mini beef patties and the jerk wings were really good!!! Everything else that my party ordered was not good, bland jerk chicken quesadillas with bag guacamole.
Customer service and atmosphere is everything. ... why have such a mean mugged face on that beautiful face God gave you.. just saying ....the food was awesome though...my taste buds could tell they put lots of love in the food.. but will I go back? I don't know because again Customer Service, atmosphere & how you great people is so important.
The first week was awesome but... But every week it's always a miscommunication...Special menu get shorter, now gotta pay for water (even when you order food). Week 6- Bottomless mimosas, yeah right! And they had the nerve to not have them prepoured for the already delayed time, food was good tho:)...And the NY Giants won so I won't go to far with the other stuff... Not feeling satisfied.
Maybe I just caught them on an off day? The chicken was tough, didn't taste fresh? I guess I was expecting leg/wing/breast/thigh? The cabbage was actually my favorite thing.
My favorite Caribbean spot by far ! Great food , drinks & service ! A nice modern sexy night time vibe .Would definitely recommend :)
Been going for several years(use to love it) and on my bday with several friends..was the worse experience ever. My hostess tried but they were out of champagne, we waited over an hour for the section I reserved. Food was salty, too crowded and extremely slow service. No accomodations or service alternatives were offered with complaints.i had a few friends leave early because of the long wait just to get our section.
Food is always excellent staff are not that friendly but they do their job. Pricing is above moderate but affordable
There was two of us and we both agreed the food was good, prices went up too high and not user friendly to place order, add tip for the only waitress who was doing a fantastic job. We saw a young man who had no hair not on touching his hair. Thank you
Chef Rob food is delicious and staff (the chef speaks to you and you see him serve plates as well.
Horrible Customer Service waited for a complete hour for food. Food was cold when received. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Was extremely disappointed to know that they sneak in gratuity for all orders over $40 bucks. Prices too expensive. $5 for some juice and with the shrimp egg rolls they charge extra for one piece of shrimp that they cut up and stick on top #smh
Oh yes! I googled Jamaican Restaurants in my area and I m so glad that I found Robs Caribbean Cafe. It was so refreshing to order for delivery. Food was ordered to my door, steaming hot. The food itself is phenomenal. I can taste all the spices blended. Just phenomenal
