The professionalism in this Chase bank is deplorable. I've been a chase member for years and I've always had excellent service until I came to this location. I came in to see if I can exchange my money because they were stain with red ink. The bills were perfectly fine with no missing pieces and serial numbers perfectly visible. It was a crisp $100 (beside the red ink). The bank teller told me I have to send this into the government. When I ask her where, she rudely responded "Google it" and I responded "do you mean the federal reserve bank?" And she said "oh yes." As if I was an inconvenience. I am not sure how stain bill exchange works but at least give proper instructiona for types of situations. Do not just brush off customers. This will indeed impact my future banking investment with Chase.

The absolute best Chase branch not only in NYC but in the world. Seriously. The nicest and most professional people. I didn't realize going to the bank could be such a pleasant experience. Bravo!

My family took a mortgage out from this branch over a year ago. Very unprofessional, would not even bother coming here.

They ran hard credit checks on us without any confirmation. I would stray away from especially Billy Mui.

After several conversations it was our understanding that with my background I would not be able to apply for the loan using my income and my family would have to take it without me.

Not only were they unapologetic, they had instead accused me of trying to get him fired and rebuttal with it will go away in 2 years by itself anyway... in addition, he also had the audacity to call my father and say rude things about me in chinese and that I am only trying to get him fired.

You ran a hard credit check on me knowing full well that my income is not going to be used to obtain the loan.... without my permission. Am I not the victim?

After several back and forth emails and phone calls and trying to reach corporate; I have still no luck getting this hard check removed.

Do NOT put your money into Chase Bank! This bank, ...

Do NOT put your money into Chase Bank! This bank, even compared to Wells Fargo and BOA, is on another level of unethical behavior. I had thousands of dollars stolen from me and this bank had non-existent fraud protection as well as no coverage for the fraud whatsoever. And it was their fault I was compromised as they had information stolen from them. I spoke to many people higher up in the company who openly admit to their unethical business practices that they only care about their own interests and profits (even if they must use loopholes) than to look out for their customers. THIS BANK ABSOLUTELY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT SOME POINT IN TIME. I was scammed and will never use this bank or any national bank again until the government actually puts together laws that prevent these scammers from using loopholes to profit off their customers.

FYI, if you have even 1 cent stolen from your account and then your account drained exactly 60 days later, this bank will refuse to help recover your funds. This means, don't just review your statements, make sure you log in every single day (or just don't use this bank) to see if even 1 penny was fraudulently drawn from your account. Chase will say its been sixty days since that penny and won't help you. Additionally, if you even recover the funds yourself, they'll refuse to allow the funds to go into YOUR bank account (even though it costs them nothing). Completely unethical!

Great banking experience. The staff is kind, informative and eager to help their clients and to answer any questions. I would recommend NYC newcomers to choose this branch if they need to open an account.
