I love working with the Chartwell agents. The professionalism and real estate knowledge is reflective of the training program and systems developed by seasoned agents.

My wife and I began shopping for our first home recently. We were reluctant to get involved with an real estate agents because it is hard to tell where their loyalties reside. Having already met with a couple of realtors in a stuffy office, we were put off by the indifferent attitudes.

We called Chartwell Realty as they were showing a home we were interested in. My wife and I met with Tami Lewis, a realtor at Chartwell Realty. She was not pushy at all and always answered my calls/emails. Tami showed us homes without fail on our tight schedule. She was extremely professional, yet a blast to work with. She worked very hard to find us a home that met our needs as we have a large family. Tami kept looking for other homes and sent us many that fit our needs, and she would drop everything just to show us another house.

Tami met with my wife at the last minute to show her a house in Blue Springs while I was at work. As we lived in Shawnee, it wasn't easy for us to drive out to Blue Springs or Grain Valley without some planning. Tami dropped everything to be there, and that was the house we bought. I am extremely grateful to Tami Lewis and to Chartwell Realty. I would not have fared well without her.

There are a lot of real estate companies in town. I believe that you will find Chartwell Realty outshines them all. It is a home town real estate company that cares more about it's clients than it does award ceremonies. They will spend the time needed to make sure that when purchasing your home, one of your largest, if not largest investments that you make the best decision based on all of the facts. Your satisfaction and referrals of your friends is the highest compliment that they receive.! Go CHARTWELL!!
