Previously I have only bought cars from new car dealerships and I was hesitant to buy a car from a small used car dealership, but after reading the reviews for the Automotive Company I decided to go give it a try. The salesman was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with and the car surpassed my expectations. I ended up buying the car I was interested in and have had no issues with it since! I got a good deal and would definitely recommend the Automotive Company to friends and family.

The car was all ready to go when I got there and the process was smooth. I got a great deal on a great car and the service was top notch. They shipped my car to Virginia Beach , which made the whole process that much easier for me. Last but not least they took care of my plates so I don't have to go to DMV. I'd recommend Eli and the Automotive Company to anyone!

I first found out about the automotive company via their website, it was easy to view the cars they have in stock as well as full disclosure on their condition.

If there were 5 more stars to give, they'd absolutely get em from me. I'm from buffalo and bought an 05 GMC yukon denali over the summer. The body and interior was in great shape, but discovered almost 2 months and 5k miles later that the frame was bad. I figured I was totally F'd and that there was no way a used car dealer 7 hours away was going to do anything for me at that point. As soon as I brought this to Elie's attention, he assured me that they were completely unaware of the issue, and that they would make it right and find me another one at no additional cost to me regardless of how long it took them. As skeptical as I was that they would actually come through, Elie fully kept his word and found me another denali that far exceeded my expectations in terms of both quality and condition. I can't say enough about how great Elie and everyone else who works here is to deal with and what good and honest people they are. They could have easily left me high and dry, but Elie and the owner worked with me every step of the way and I couldn't possibly be more grateful. I would recommend TAC to any and everyone looking to buy a quality vehicle from quality people who will stand behind you and their inventory 100%. Met with Elie and his Brother; it is a small business. They were very accomodating and customer service oriented in all aspects. We negotiated a good, reasonable price on a high-quality vehicle. They were honest and friendly, not like your typical car sales person, who is trying to make a profit on you. I would highly recommend doing business with them as I would purchase another vehicle from them. My experience was very positive - very refreshing in this day and age.

I found the Audi Q5 I wanted in the color combo I wanted. The problem was it was in VA and I was over 500 miles away. As it turns out, it wasn't a problem at all. Elie walked me through the entire process from start to finish, took multiple calls and text from me and made me feel comfortable enough to trust him and the condition of the car. Look, normally, I would never purchase a car sight unseen. But on the strength of their reviews across multiple sites and the fact that they offered a six month warranty from a company that also has great reviews (not common at all for warranty companies), after I prayed about it, I decided to take the car. We negotiated and I was very happy with the price. Elie even got me a great deal on the transport of the car and it was delivered Christmas Eve. I ended up not being able to pick up the car because I got really sick and he made every accommodation available to me to make sure that the delivery went smoothly. I am very grateful for Elie's attention to detail and quick response to my texts even after the check for the car was cashed. He even filled the car with gas and changed the oil before he sent it to me. Elie is definitely not your typical car salesman. He cares about how he treats people and you can tell from the first time you speak with him. This was an experience I will never forget. If I ever need another car, the Automotive Company will be the first place I will look.

I have worked in the car industry for a bit of time now, and I was thoroughly surprised and impressed with the service I received her. Claude was amazing and gave me a great trade in value. Additionally, they helped me tie up any lose ends and were very prompt about all of it. I'd buy a car from there again!

Horrible service. I wanted to purchase a Honda Pilot. The salesman quoted me an out the door number 6800$. And when we arrived they tried to tell us it was not what they meant . They wanted 7500$.

I didn't purchase a car from these guys, but I wanted to leave them a review anyway because they were quick to respond, very honest about the vehicle's condition and even sent extra videos and pictures of the car I was interested in since I was from out of state. The car wasn't exactly what I wanted, but if they happen to have the one I am looking for, then I wouldn't hesitate to buy.

Everyone's been super helpful here and really went out of their way to work with us as far as our trade in that we still owed on. They weren't pushy at all which was great. We had negative equity on our truck, but honestly, automotive company helped us make it work and save as much money as we could. After going to a couple different dealerships with my wife we ended up going from West Virginia to Chantilly to find not only our car but excellent salesmanship and service. I myself being in sales for 15+years wanted to not only find my wife a new vehicle but wanted to find the right sales people as well. No pressure, very professional, friendly and truly honest guys. ELi went out of his way to accommodate me during every step of the process. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. A little background: When I purchased the vehicle, about 2,000 miles later I discovered significant oil loss. Brought it to the Hyundai dealership and they wanted to charge me $4,800 to have engine block replaced after 2 weeks of troubleshooting. Brought it back to The Automotive Company and their mechanic found it was a small PCV valve ($10 part) that needed replaced in less than 24 hours. This was installed free of charge. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I am very happy with the purchase.

I would highly recommend this place! I have always bought new cars and this was my first experience buying a used car so I was a little nervous. There were several things wrong with the car and these guys were honest about it. They actually have a mechanic on site and he fixed most of them before I drove off. The things that could not be done that day, they paid to order the necessary parts and had them shipped to me. Fine experience.

This is a nice small dealership and the management seems like great people. They were very inviting and quick to look at the car I was interested in. The price for the car I looked at may have been fair for the quality, but the quality wasn't quite up to par with what I was looking for.

Easy car buying process and good used car selection.

I recently purchased a Mercedes E-350 and these folks were the best. Eli and his team provided a no pressure sales process from the moment I inquired about the vehicle online. I was able to get my own financing and a deal was done. This was well worth the trip from Baltimore MD......and to top it all off, they doubled the limited warranty due to my military service. All I can say is Awesome!!! I bought a 2011 Dodge Durango at The Automotive Company and can say that Eli is exceptional. After test driving and deciding to purchase the vehicle I was done with the whole process in minimum time. I was really impressed with Eli when I was having trouble finding someone to take me from Richmond, VA to Chantilly, VA. He offered Uber to their location. If I'm ever in the process of purchasing another vehicle I will not hesitate to do business with him again.

To start with, we called these guys mid day on Saturday about a vehicle they had online for sale. We were 7 hours away and would not be getting there until their listed close time. We were told it was no problem, they would wait for us.

Not only did they wait for us, they let us go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb, and never once rushed us. They held the vehicle for us (Lexus RX400h) all day (on a Saturday) because we said we were on our way....NOBODY ever wants to hold a vehicle, especially on a weekend, but these guys did exactly that.

At the end of the day business is business and they are in the business of selling cars, however, I truly felt like they were more in the people business than the car business. We have NEVER recommended a used car dealer...Until Today.

FWIW, we bought a 1 Owner Lexus SUV in fantastic condition for such a great price we drove 7 hours to get it. That should speak for itself.

I recently purchased a used 2005 Lexus RX 330 from The Automotive Company, and I m very pleased with the customer service and the vehicle. My salesperson, Antimo, was very pleasant and was not aggressive/did not rush me to make any purchases. Personally, the price I paid for the vehicle feels a bit too high (although the interior and exterior look amazing considering it s a 15-year-old car), but I m confident that it will be reliable (I was able to drive it over to my mechanic alone to get it inspected) and I m happy to be giving The Automotive Company my business - I fully intend to purchase my next vehicle from them in several years. I was very stressed out when purchasing my first vehicle especially since people always say terrible things about car sales men and how they push product on you. My experience was very different. Eli at The Automotive Company provided exceptional customer service. He was very down to earth and we quickly made a connection. He treated me like an actual person instead of just using me to try to make a commission. He found vehicles based on my specific needs and wants. He also took hours out of his day to show me many vehicles and answer my ridiculous amount of questions. The way the entire operation is being run during the pandemic it is commendable. Extremely happy with my recent car purchase from the Automotive Company. Eli was excellent and worked everything remotely, which allowed me to take car of all the paperwork in advance (we just moved back to the states from overseas). The offer of a six month service contract and free home delivery made this a no-brainer! Eli was prompt and courteous in all of our communication. Had the final paperwork FEDEXd so it was waiting at my hotel when I arrived. I signed the last few documents and returned them in a prepaid FEDEX shipment, and he had the car professionally delivered the next morning. This was without doubt the least painful car buying experience I ve ever had. The car exceeded expectations. Thank you!

I PURCHASED a used Range Rover Sport from Elie here two years ago and he really looked after me and my family. His dealings were very respectful, honest, and well intended. When it was time to collect the vehicle he had replaced/upgraded the tires from those during the test-drive. The car drove like new. Routine SERVICING was required this week so I brought it back to Elie and his team. The final cost was many hundreds of dollars cheaper than that quoted from a well known Landrover Dealership and the Automotive team once more detailed the car immaculately (inside and out). I will always take my cars to Automotive and will no doubt select my next vehicle from their inventory.

This dealership is absolutely amazing. I've been wary of used car dealerships in the past due to some shady practices I've seen, however this shop is nothing like the others. Their staff is personable and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I purchased a 2015 BMW X3 from them and they had it delivered to my house within the week. Not only was it delivered, but they included an entire 2.5 gal case of DEF since I have a diesel engine at no charge to me. Eli and Mark are absolutely amazing and I will 100% be coming back to The Automotive Company for all my future vehicle purchases. Worth the 2.5 hour drive!

Mr. Elie was a pleasant sale person from start to finish. He has helped me through the process of making sure all things where done and receiving the vehicle.
