I was very stressed out when purchasing my first vehicle especially since people always say terrible things about car sales men and how they push product on you. My experience was very different. Eli at The Automotive Company provided exceptional customer service. He was very down to earth and we quickly made a connection. He treated me like an actual person instead of just using me to try to make a commission. He found vehicles based on my specific needs and wants. He also took hours out of his day to show me many vehicles and answer my ridiculous amount of questions. The way the entire operation is being run during the pandemic it is commendable. Everything is meticulously clean and they have a lot of measures in place to keep everybody safe and healthy. I m completely satisfied with my purchase. Eli took away any worry I had and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you for giving me piece of mind.
