I have worked for 3 years here. Basically it is a contract based company to ERT which is located at Boston.

Pros:
Good company to work in Vijayawada range.
Good team support.
Friendly natures among all the employees.

Cons
Hard HR policies, need to improve HR policies.
Better to provide insurance to the Employees at free of cost.
No benefits to the Employee from company side.

Suggestions :
Avoid 3rd party HR's and recruit company HR's so that the Employee can know all the HR policies clearly and they can reach out to HR's at anytime to clarify the doubts.

Worst company!! Employees will be disturbing surroundings residential houses....

I attended for manual testing interview today here
Employees can play table tennis in evening, nice cafeteria, office in 4 storeys building

I attended interview at 29th October afternoon 3:30pm through online discussion. I have answered every question but after that no call from HR.
They are playing with people's. I can say simple.... Worst interviews. No need to attend interviews for future.
But location is good.
They won't say anything feedback after completion interview process.

Work environment is superb....
Even the employees are so supportive and nice in nature.
This Company proves Vijayawada is now developing...
