quoted me a price of 50bucks to help me because i locked my keys in my car ,,,i only had a 100 dollar bill and asked if he could bring change ,,he said he did not and to call back when i could make change ,,,so i proceeded to walk to the nearest store to make change ,,then called back and was told that the charge was 65bucks??? how can it be that one can call the same company within a half hour and have the quoted price change ??? i was told "thats his price mine is different "you have to wonder about a company that changes a quoted price in the time it took me to make change ,,,i wouldn't recommend queen city towing and am going to tell everyone i know not to trust a company that doesn't stand behind what was quoted gary

I'm on lunch break when one of there tow trucks parks behind my car in a parking lot , I asked the driver if he could move so I could get my car out and all he tells me "your gonna have to wait"
Listen, no one likes getting towed. I get it.

That said, wow. These guys are nothing short of awesome. My car was hit by someone in an accident. I was LUCKY enough to have Queen City Towing respond. The gentleman that came to tow it was polite, professional, down to earth and very helpful. When I went to retrieve my car, the manager (I wish I remembered his name) was so nice and helpful. He brought me to my car and helped me get it legal to drive right there on the spot so I could get to work. Didn't ask for anything but a thank you. What a company. These guys are THE BEST THERE IS. I cannot say enough good about them. They went above and beyond when they did not have to. 5 stars, A+++ 2 thumbs up and all that! Thanks, guys!!!

He was there a total of 2 mins! And proceeded to charge me $75! I would've at least given someone a little break like 50 bucks even but nope cash or credit he says! Would NEVER call this company again!

I had a sports car with a dead battery, so dead that it could not be jumpstarted (also has complex electronics and resets). More difficult than just putting a new battery in). I called Queen City Towing, and they quoted me a fixed price + X per mile, very good quote. Dealt with "Gerry." He was here within 30 minutes. He meticulously removed the auto from the garage, loaded up and towed it to the repair facility. When Gerry arrived at the drop off point he called me with the total bill. It was actually a little less than the estimate including mileage. Gerry and Queen City Towing did a great, quick, quality job. I highly recommend Queen City Towing. Thanks Gerry, great job!

Great service. First blizzard of 2020 and they were able to save me and my car. I didn't catch the name of the driver but he was very helpful and professional. The fee was reasonable given the predicament. Great service overall!

*DISCLAIMER: I have NOT had any experience in dealing with this company as a customer or with the towing services they provide*..
BUT- I HAVE had the scary experience of simply sharing the road with one of their EXTREMELY reckless drivers, who put simply - are A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC behind the wheel!
Starting @ approx 2:30am, 08/14/2019
[Exhibit A:]
i m driving on Continental Blvd in Merrimack headed toward 101A, traveling the speed limit of 40mph- when headlights appear in my rear view mirror and are approaching very fast - without slowing down, this vehicle comes within a car distance of my bumper as it then swerves around me on the left CROSSING A DOUBLE YELLOW LINE and has the nerve to LAY ON THE HORN as it does so!
(Honestly, I was pretty rattled by what occurred.. due to such a flagrant blatant disregard for traffic laws being violated just so unnecessarily risky, not only for public safety; but also what I can only assume would be protected as precious by this driver personally, is their livelihood and it s dependence on a CLEAN SAFE DRIVING RECORD!? So seriously, I found it ALARMING their utter lack of regard even on this self-interested level in taming such a road-raging aggressive hothead in a COMPANY TOW TRUCK while actively towing a customers vehicle in the process!)
[Exhibit B]:
we both turn onto 101A headed towards Milford..
I followed in the same lane, trailing behind somewhat for most of the way..
(I felt REALLY strongly the need to be able to report this driver as a true public danger, and against my nature as I am not one to EVER badmouth or leave bad reviews even for horrible experiences I ve had at a local business and much rather prefer to simply never personally give them my business again. BUT THIS MANIAC has forced me to make an exception as I leave this review in the hopes some positive action is taken as result. *however, as reprehensible and dangerous as I currently find this driver to be, I AM NOT advocating for this action to be termination of their employment - BUT instead for the QUEEN CITY TOWING COMPANY to take this report serious enough to examine their company s lack of standards, professionalism, and driver code of conduct policies - and the apparent immediate need to forcefully re-affirm them to their drivers in a way they get the message moving forward and hopefully put an end to employees like this one who have no problem spitting in the face of their employer acting like a downright psycho driving on public roads as they represent and reflect on their company as a whole in a lettered truck.)
SO.. as we crossed over the Amherst line into Milford- I went into the left lane, and on this stretch of straightaway sped up enough to be able to now read for the first time the COMPANY S truck being driven, continuing passed the tow truck briefly where I then stopped at the red light turning left onto 101W highway. The tow truck very quickly caught up to me at the RED LIGHT only to then not stop and BLOW RIGHT THROUGH IT! as it turned onto 101W.
[Exhibit C]:
I am behind the tow truck once again as we travel down 101W in Milford, as we then pass the Milford Courthouse/Market Basket on our left..
We then reach the traffic lights at the intersection that turns left towards Wilton.. they are again RED LIGHTS.
I, of course, STOP.
This driver? HE AGAIN SIMPLY BLOWS RIGHT THROUGH THE RED LIGHT as he whips a left hand turn and drives on.. and that s where we parted for good as my route took me straight across the intersection. GOOD RIDDANCE and I can only hope despite his reckless dangerous driving he arrived safely at his destination.
[IN CLOSING]:
QUEEN CITY TOWING,
TAKE APPROPRIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION & own up to this utter embarrassment to your company s name. You owe it to yourselves & to the public who have no choice but to share the same roads with drivers representing YOU; and who have the right to be free from unprovoked aggression and endangerment especially from the paid employees of a company exclusively profiting off these public roads!
Thank you for your time,
God Bless

I had my exhaust break up in Manchester this past Sunday afternoon. My cell was less then 10% and I had no charger. I knew I wouldn t find a shop open on a Sunday at 4. I gave this place a call. The tow driver who picked me up was great. I was so mad and distracted by what was going on that I think I forgot to thank him (Thank You). He gave me a ride back but also took the time to dig through his 20,000 Android chargers to find me an IPhone Charger so I could charge my phone a little and call for a ride back to Salem. They were able to fix it the next day before noon and gave a very good price. I was out of my element here because I have my own mechanic but I couldn t have asked for a better tow driver or unfamiliar mechanic.
