Was repeatedly given wrong information about tax preparation. Have paid monthly for service and they refused to file a W-2. Tried to send a 1099. Was pressured to file taxes illegally by Joni to make her job easier. Both Joni and Chris tried to pressure our business into illegal and unethical decisions. We have now had to obtain legal council to follow up with this situation. They waited eight days to the filing deadline and tried to use the deadline as a threat to strong arm us into a bad decision. This is the second time I have had issues using them and have spoken to several others who have all said it's always a fight when using Chaney Associates. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Chaney has developed a system of cloud based accounting that is truly amazing. When we moved from our old database system to this cloud based approach, it made everything more accessible to our team and much easier to plan and interact.
Very difficult to get hold of. I have left many phone messages over the last year and rarely get a return call. Even emails are not responded to for awhile. This makes using the Xero program difficult if there is a problem.
