Staff is very polite and helpful. I did not remember my internet banking password and wanted to reset the same. The Sbi staff helped me change it an hour.

Around 19/20 March I put a SBI CREDIT CARD CHEQUE IN THE BOX SITUATED NEAR ENTRANCE OF SBI BRANCH. BUT THE STAFF IS SO INCOMPETENT AND WORST THAT THEY DON'T EVEN PICKED UP THAT CHEQUE AND CREDITED TO OWN CREDIT CARD SERVICES. THIS MAY BE THE ONLY BANK IN THE WORLD WHICH DOESN'T ACCEPT IT'S OWN CREDIT CARD CHEQUES. ON THE SAME DAY I PUT ICICI /INDUSIND / STANDARD CHARTERED / HSBC/HDFC /RBL BANK CRDIT CARD CHEQUES. THEY ALL CLEARED WITHIN THIS PANDEMIC SITUATION BUT SBI IS FAR MORE DIFFERENT AND WORST SO THEY DON'T BOTHER TO COLLECT THE CHEQUE NEAR ENTRANCE. THIRD CLASD MENTALITY AND FOURTH CLASD STAFF. VERY IRRITATING SERVICE. NON WORKING AND RUDE STAFF. ALSO IF THE PASSBOOK IS COMPLETED FULLY THEY DON'T ISSUE NEW PASSBOOK. VERY WORST BANK AND BRANCH. TRY TO IMPROVE OTHERWISE ONLY GOD WILL SAVE YOU.

Good staff and well maintained for a non private bank

Worst bank ever......their staff here dont come to work....they just warm their seats....they say they dont do wrong things....except helping Mallya with 9000 crores.....they dont do anything except harrassing their customer....m lucky enough to close all my accounts here....had to give single star but they deserve dat too

Very slow servises..

This SBI branch is located in behind rajeshree cinema or moviegem theater. 6-7 min walkable distance from dahisar railway station.near from Ravindra hotel. In bank there are many counters but most of the time bank officer are not in a place.. Very slow in work people are always standing for long queue. Rud behavior with customers.. Nothing is systematic...SBI ATM just behind bank but most of the time out of network or crowded and ATM machine are mostly not working on weekends..no one give proper answer for query..bank is always crowed but they would not organised properly...
