I would give the these guys zero stars if I could. Very disappointed in the service that was provided when I bought my car here a couple months ago. I would never recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them.
I bought my car on Saturday and the bank was closed so I had to come back the following week to finish the loan paperwork... no big deal, helped me get a better interest rate. However, the forms were filled out wrong when I got there so I had to wait almost an hour while the forms had to be reprinted. Not only that, they didn't have any more loan applications so they had to send someone to another dealership to get the correct paperwork to fill out.
I then get a call about a week later that the paperwork was filled out incorrectly on their end, so they needed me to come back in again because the bank would not accept the paperwork. This would have been fine if I had not been there a few days earlier getting something on the vehicle fixed, which they had already agreed to fix. Again not a huge deal, people make mistakes on paperwork, I understand. However, I was promised gas money in return for having to make a third trip to Nicholasville from Richmond because it was the dealerships mistake. When I got there the gentleman that promised me the gas money, Troy, was not working so I left without any gas.
Fast forward 2 more weeks, and I get a text from the salesman saying that they forgot to get the vehicle inspected by the Sheriff's office before they sold the car. I was told the car was not registered, even though I had been driving the vehicle for over 3 weeks at this point. Again I was promised that my tank would be filled because this would now be my 4th trip, 2 trips being for the dealership's mistakes.
When I got to the dealership the 4th time, the employee, Troy, that I had been dealing with the entire time no longer worked there, along with the finance manager.
As I had been promised gas money, I asked to see if they would fill up my tank, being that the mistakes were the dealerships fault. The manger ended up giving me a $10 voucher for a local gas station. I drive round trip over 240 miles to the dealership from Richmond during my 4 trips and the most they could offer was $10.
This place is a joke. Can't even fill out basic paperwork or get their vehicle registered, which are both their legal responsibility. Then when they make their customer go out of the way to come back multiple times, they treat them poorly. Stay far away from this place.
