Mason Wilburn Review of Champion Preferred Automotive
This dealership definitely gets a one star review ...
This dealership definitely gets a one star review from me. I didn t buy a car from them I just sold one to them. With that experience alone I can say I would never buy a car from here. I had the unfortunate pleasure of having Randy as my salesman and he was so rude. I ran into issues with the check that was paid to me and needed a new check written. Before I could even finish my sentence Randy had interrupted me countless times. He handled the situation very unprofessionally. I asked to speak to a manager and got put on the transfer circle until I was told I would be called back and never got a call. I decided it was in my best interest to drive from Louisville back to Lexington to try in person to get a check. As soon as I arrived Randy was rude from the start telling me he refused to write me a new check and told me I had no right to be there basically. He was also very unknowledgeable about the procedures of selling a car in Kentucky and refused to give me back my personal license plate I had purchased through the county clerk. As I was waiting a few of the salesmen were yelling across the lobby at each other how they wish They were high and could smoke weed all the time. The overall experience was a zero star but unfortunately I can t give that.
UPDATE:The dealership is now accusing me of selling them a car with issues. Before any papers were signed the dealership inspected the car them selves. They had every right to also ask a mechanic to look at the car. The check engine light was on when the dealership inspected the car which I told them about and said I wasn t really sure what was wrong because I m not a mechanic. The dealership is now selling the car with images of it still in the same quality it was when given to them with a broken bumper and scar scratches. I also notice they seem to be trying to hide the check engine light in the images. I d be very cautious of buying from them with the business practices I have seen from them.
