I had a wonderful experience with my car purchase. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. The staff was excellent, helpful in answering any and all questions and being very transparent with finances.

These people are con artists. They are the epitome...

These people are con artists. They are the epitome of everything people hate, distrust, and fear about sales people.

First thing is first. These people tell audacious lies. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears. They really like to lie to their customers about how the credit process works. They tell you they will soft line run your credit when they are actually running a hardline and wrecking your credit. They also lie about who they send your info too as well as how many times they ping you on a hardline. They will swindle you in with lies if a soft line, and my friend even recieved "knowledge" of special rebates if she ran her credit.

Secondly, they lie to you about your credit score. As I own an insurance and Financial services agency, I know my friends credit score. They told us it came up almost 300 points lower than it actually is. I was told they have a "special" $1,000 rebate for customers with a credit score below a certain threshold. You may think that the extra $1,000 rebate is good but in comparison to all the extra you will pay in interest over the life of the loan, it is just another way they sink people in. I can not prove this, but this is the same reason I believe they lie and ping you like they do. I personally believe, from my professional opinion, they try to sink your score on purpose for gain of their credit program and higher levels of interest.

Third, they were not willing at all to fix the issue. Rather than admit they had done wrong, and I had caught them doing so, they were compelled to play coy and pretend they did not lie. That they had simply done as they knew best...give me a break. Being the logical man that I am, when the situation was being refused to be fixed, I told them I would have no choice but to retrieve a lawyer for legal action against them. They then laughed and went to brag about how much money they have and all the lawyers they could trump me with. Mind you, I utilized my right to one party consent and recorded ALL conversations with these people and I can prove 100% of the claims I have made. I have turned the recordings over to the BBB and lawyers.

If they will play their games on an insurance professional with car sales experience, I fear the average consumer doesn't stand a chance. I would highly advise anyone looking for a vehicle not go here. Most dealerships are crooked, but this one takes the cake. You can avoid the lies, threats, and headaches I have endured. High pressure sales tactics are a legal breeding ground. So is using extortion tactics to get a social and run it in a way where you do not have the consumers consent. Arm yourselves with knowledge. It's the only way to prevent corruption and criminal activity such as this. I strongly encourage anyone who has similar issues with this dealership or Jason Armstrong to call the BBB. Also, finding a consumer credit affairs lawyer is challenging. If you have a similar issue, please feel free to contact me and I will give you the name and number of an excellent consumer affairs lawyer.

I'm sure the sales department is great! The parts department is the worst one in the world in my opinion. I have to go there a handful of times a year. Every time I go there it is a struggle to get anything out of them. Bill Estes Chevy, Bill Obrien Chrysler, Bill Estes Ford all have amazing parts people that want to help you, but Champion Chrysler could care less about the customer. For example, I just sent an employee there to get one of their locking lug nut keys with a part# and the parts counter literally was turning him away at the door and trying to get him to make an appointment with the service department. Example two, I had a customer that had a Oil Cooler go bad in their Jeep, called champion they said its on back order I can't help you..... Called Bill Obrien Chrysler they had me one next day. The part was on back order yes but dealers have them and can get them they just have to want to. Like I said worst place to ever contact. I probably have at least a dozen more of these stories from this place. AVOID AT ALL COST

I drove an hour and a half for this place to absolutely offend me. My trip was a complete waste of time. Also my sales rep didn t know what a high altitude Jeep Cherokee was....the math on paper made no sense. I am 34 and have purchased 4 vehicles and worked for a dealership. I feel sorry for anyone that deals with this place that doesn t understand a four square or their extra confusing take on one. I highly recommend not telling them you have a down payment because my guess is your trade value goes down or some coast goes up somewhere.

I Like the ppl and service I receive at Champion. Just came from an oil change, tire rotation appointment. When I got there they mentioned there were system updates needed and asked if I had the time to care of today based on the added appointment time. I like that they didn't assume. When it came time to checkout there were no surprises. Waiting room was clean and offers water/ coffee, etc.

After we located the jeep we wanted we headed north to champion. At first everything was great. Low pressure laid back great price. Then after we signed the papers everything went south. We paid for several add one and made several attempts to schedule an appointment to have them installed. None of our calls or texts were returned. We contacted the sales manager and also our salesman with zero luck. Now a year later we still can't get the issue resolved. I would not recommend champion if you are looking to buy a vehicle. There are a ton of jeep dealers around Indy. Go to ANY of them just don't go here. If someone at champion would like to resolve this issue feel free to contact me. Or return any of my messages calls or texts to several of your employees. The next call will be from my lawyer.

Update! The new sales manager, Rick. Has started a resolution for us. Will update review when it's done! Thanks Rick!

Their service department is excellent! I came in for an oil change and the gentleman who helped me out answered all of my questions and walked me through everything I needed to do to keep my warranty for my new Grand Cherokee (this is my first time owning a new car). They even gave me a complimentary car wash! My only complaint is they don t have a quick service for oil changes, so you have to make an appointed ahead of time and it took about an hour to complete. I am going to start using this dealership for all of my routine maintenance.

We went there looking for a used car, with plans of paying cash. The process for paying cash was as long or longer than if we had signed up for credit.

Other than that, the experience was the same as any other dealer, where you have to haggle to get a fair price.

When looking for my next car, I will try other dealers before coming to this one.

Salesman was nice but they didn't transfer my plates over like I was told and they charged me $93 to do it and I drove 5 months didn't know and they don't seem to care about you after you buy from them I was going to go back and get another car but not now.they don't call you back either

Stopped in for service.
Fast and pretty fair, always seems a bit expensive. But I know it s done right (and I font have to)!

Side note,
With a few minutes to spare, I shopped some new Jeeps and met the gentleman that will sell me the next Jeep I buy. Karl B is very low key (no pressure) and Very easy to talk to.

Walking around the lot, you never know which sales personality you might get (as a buyer).

Next time I will just ask for Karl B!

I traveled 200 miles to pick up my Wrangler from Champion because they had the one I wanted. Professional and friend staff. Loved the ability to make the deal remotely and then just show up and sign the paperwork and pick it up. Was only there for about an hour which was great because I had to turn around and drive home. 10/10. Would recommend. Worth the trip.

My wife and I had a great experience here Mid-November 2017. Charles helped us and the whole experience went well. We had begun looking for a new car at a different dealership but ended up here at Champion because they had a bigger selection of the model we were looking for and we weren't getting good feelings from the other dealership. Here at Champion we felt like they wanted our business and they were willing to be fair on price. I would go to Champion again to purchase another car.

My salesperson Matthew Gibson was very friendly and awesome to work with. He gave great information and answered all of my many questions. He was very accommodating seeing as I test drove three maybe four vehicles new and used. Once the ultimate choice was made, he along with at least 2 other people ended up staying late on a Saturday to complete the transaction which was very much appreciated. It was very easy to make an service appointment online. The rep was very nice... He didn't try to pressure me into services I really didn't need. The multi point checklist showed only my suggested services for the milage on my truck
They were really quick and even washed my truck when they were finished.
A quick amendment. Once I left the dealership I stopped at a store not 5 minutes down the road and my truck wouldn't start.. I had to ask a stranger for a jump because my battery was dead. I had never had an issue with the battery before ... $199 for a new battery. The service dept doesn't feel they did anything wrong to cause it.

My experience was extremely incredible. I visited the dealership prior to purchasing my vehicle a week before hand. Ray Hoffman my salesman was very patience although the dealership was closing in 15 mins to go over each vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Offered transportation to come back the following opening day to test drive and get all my paper-work done. I've never experienced anything such through all the dealerships I been to. This specific dealership felt like home. Especially Ray Hoffman and Gene Allen. Terrific and fantastic employees of the Campion Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram branch. I will be sending friends to shop with this branch in the future.

The sales department has been dishonest and after talking with the General Manager about the problems we had and him promising to resolve them and fallow up and then to have him drop the ball and leave us hanging I would not recommend doing business at this dealership. I'm beyond discussed with this place.

5 star experience!! I just bought a 2015 challenger. The salesman Scott Walker was very kind, professional and here s the big thing PATIENT! He spent hours with me and my wife the first time we came and we didn t buy anything. But we promised that when we did we were coming back to do business to him and 2 weeks later, we did just that. Sales staff was great to work with. Originally, I spoke with Steve Pumphrey by phone and he provided information, photos, etc. on the Jeep that I ultimately bought. Tyler Chambliss actually worked with me directly on the purchase of the Jeep and the trade in of my vehicle. He was attentive to my requests. Tyler is personable and a good sales rep for Champion. Finance was knowledgeable and good to work with as well.

Tried to contact them to schedule service through there online scheduling and could not get a call back from them this week, have tried calling them as well a few times with no answer. Before this I have never had a problem with them and I was considering trading in my 14 ram for a newer one as I like there sales department there. I have been hearing bad things about there service department from others and seeing as they must not want my business I will gladly go to bill Estes or make the drive to kahlo who I have had good interactions with.

I recently made a new car purchase at Champion. Steve Pumphrey was my salesman. He and I had a good relationship. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. very patient with my decision to buy and very willing to answer all of my questions. He made my experience less agonizing than I was expecting :) Many hours spent at the dealership is the only thing I wish could be different. but that is not the salesman, it's just the process. I am very, very happy with my new vehicle. it's been (9) years since I had a new car and I was a returning customer. I can say with confidence that I will continue to give my business to Champion in the future. Thank you Steve!!!

*** Update -- I wanted the front seat windows to be tinted to match the rear of the vehicle. I was told before purchasing the vehicle that I could bring it back and it would only be a "10 minute" process. So just take the car today and we will get your tint done for you with NO hassle. Against my better judgement, I complied. 10 days later, I had my appointment set for Monday morning May 23rd at 9:30. Apparently the tint-guy was a no show. So I was asked to come back at 1:00. I was not able to do that. I had a specific appt time set and was asked to change it. Not possible. So then I was asked to contact the tint-guy directly. I did that and he was booked all week and gave me an attitude about the comment of it only taking 10 minutes or so to do. I then had to listen to the tint-guy bash the car salesman and the dealership. Drama that I really didn't need to get wrapped-up in. Next day the dealership came to my house and picked up my vehicle. They brought it back in about an hour with tint lighter than the back of the vehicle. :( So more drama ensued. I was asked to give it a week. I did just that. I then made an appt with a 3rd party vendor and took the vehicle there to have the tint done, yesterday June 7th -- nearly a month of waiting for something that was supposed to only take 10 minutes. And now I am asking the dealership to pay for the tint or in the very least, the cost I paid to have their, less than adequate, tint-job removed. My time is worth something -- but evidently not in the eyes of this dealership.

I returned to purchase my fourth car from Champion. Each time has been a positive experience and this one was more of the same! I have always worked with the same salesman, Steve Pumphrey. Each time he has worked hard to find just what I was looking for. This time was probably the most challenging but Steve came through with flying colors. He found the perfect car for me with everything I wanted. He was very patient with me. The finance step was very pleasant, almost enjoyable! with Gene Allen. This dealership has also provided service for my Chargers. I have had incredible reliability with my two previous Chargers. I am so excited to be driving this new 18 Charger GT Plus AWD. It s an awesome car!

Took delivery today on my second Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from Champion. My salesman, "Doc" Pickens is a rare find! Always fair and honest , he has handled both transactions with my welfare his number one goal. Both were great deals, but even more important was his ability to have everything in good order as promised . Always available for questions, he has a wealth of knowledge of his product and made the whole process smooth and easy! Above all , Doc is just a first class gentleman. His manager, Rick Haieck also deserves kudos for his expert assistance in expediting my ordering process. Both have gone the extra mile to make my purchases a pleasure. I give them both my highest recommendation!
