Very poor customer service and they will not back their warranty. Bought a new toy lock which turned out to be defective. After only owning for 2 months I contacted them about warranty. They told me I had to contact the seller for warranty. The seller has gone out of business and now Horizon Global is not responding to my emails. They are ignoring me appear not to care. Do not buy from this business or their associates unless you don't care about quality, customer service or warranty. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Very bad customer service. Left me on the phone with music playing for 40 minutes ....twice.... No one to talk to. Sent email to support with no response. Was looking for warranty on one of their products :). Your product is now on Kijij for free pickup.
If I could give them a negative star I would. My customer ordered a product from them paid $80 for over night shipping. When I called to ask about the tracking number, I had to speak to 4 different people, none of them knew what I was talking about. Turns out for no reason the item was put on hold and 4 days later the item still was not sent and still charging for over night shipping. Customer services was unexistent. We have delt with this company on numerous occasions and have been disappointed every time.
On hold for an hour and no one ever came on the line, sent an email see if that works.
If I could give them a zero star review I would. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced! I received a hitch that was defective from the factory. I called them three times and each time I was put on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. and each time I ended up being cut off with no resolution. I ended up having to send the hitch back through Amazon.
We purchased a Reese Trifold ramp with 1600lb capacity. We loaded an 800lb bike. When we went to unload... ramp completely collapsed!! Thanks to some bystanders immediate help my husband was soar but unharmed. Bike not so lucky. I contacted place of purchase they referred me to Horizon Global. JOKE!!! All I'm looking for is a refund for defective ramp. (no other expenses that we incurred due to this problem) If I could give them a -0 for customer service I would!! They refuse to help & do not stand behind their product & quite frankly RUDE!!
My roof rack broke and a guy named Kirk from costumer service help me out with everything. Since my rack was bought through Kia it had no Rola part numbers. He tracked down a part number and is sending a replace part.
I returned an item. Can not get a refund, can t get anyone on the phone. Terrible service..

Purchased one of their brands - Tow Ready hitch lock, fell apart just after warranty period (lock literally fell off from vibration while it was locked on) Customer service simply stated "Out of warranty - not our issue" So I guess if you want a lock which will fall off once its out of warranty, shop here. My emails to discuss further were IGNORED by customer service. Reference: 636787 So I guess I will have to avoid all of their brands: Bargman Bulldog Draw-Tite Fulton Hidden Hitch Pro Series Reese Rola Tekonsha Wesbar as others have mentioned; their customer service is nonexistent.

I purchased a 4-bike carrier and discovered the main support tube is defective from factory (they didn't drill holes on one side, how am I supposed to insert the bolts to secure it?!) I've been trying their Customer service number all day long with no luck. Extended waiting periods, no one answers them beyond the main operator. Extremely poor customer service. I just wanted to get an exchange order going. Negative 5 start rating will remain until this is resolved!!!

If I could recommend 0 out of 5 I would. We ordered a trailer hitch on Friday morning and they told us it would be here the next day (Saturday) at 1:30. It was not there. We then were told it wouldn t be there until Monday or Tuesday, we showed up Monday and apparently the part had JUST BEEN shipped. It was supposed to be overnight delivery and it didn t arrive until Wednesday. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I will not be buying from them again.
