Purchased one of their brands - Tow Ready hitch lock, fell apart just after warranty period (lock literally fell off from vibration while it was locked on) Customer service simply stated "Out of warranty - not our issue" So I guess if you want a lock which will fall off once its out of warranty, shop here. My emails to discuss further were IGNORED by customer service. Reference: 636787

So I guess I will have to avoid all of their brands:
