If I could give them a negative star I would. My customer ordered a product from them paid $80 for over night shipping. When I called to ask about the tracking number, I had to speak to 4 different people, none of them knew what I was talking about. Turns out for no reason the item was put on hold and 4 days later the item still was not sent and still charging for over night shipping. Customer services was unexistent. We have delt with this company on numerous occasions and have been disappointed every time.
