This should really be called BMW of the Century! Great service and overall a commitment to ensure to the client that you are more than a client, but a person. A person who needs a great car and they have the best people representing this essential concept!
After thinking about needing to upgrade my vehicle I looked at Century West and was impressed by their inventory and more than that, I was impressed over their willingness to meet my needs. Botan the Great, as I call him is such a great person to be around period! Very patient and makes the whole process so enjoyable. Sal, is really the main man who leaves no detail untouched, and does what he says, a true man of his word. My respect to the whole staff at the BMW of the Century aka Century West BMW! Keep up the great job!

Haven't been in a dealership in a long time since ...

Haven't been in a dealership in a long time since i got burned more than once but i was pleasantly surprised to walk into Century West BMW, Shawel was outstanding, from greeting, making me feel welcome, test driving, and basically giving me the best customer service ever, not to mention giving me the deal i wanted too. Totally restored my faith in car buying at dealerships, way to go CWBMW management, keep up the good work.

Total time spent, 1 hour, which is a far cry from the long hours i spent previously at bad dealerships.

Thanks Century West BMW and Shawel.

My car was dropped off with an appointment at 8:45...

My car was dropped off with an appointment at 8:45an last Thursday and the service rep didn t even do me the courtesy of a phone call, but instead texts me at 7pm on Friday evening telling me that my issue wasn t covered by BMW. When I complained, I was told the dealer is the middle man, there s nothing he could do.
We took our car without any of the repairs to the dealer where we lease and they re working with us, not against us.
I ve never been treated with so little respect and will NEVER use your dealership again.

Rekan is the best service advisor here. Usually I hate going to the dealership, but Rekan literally is the one there who makes it worth it.

I had my BMW X1 serviced there for an oil change (which he gave me a great discount on without me even knowing) as well as getting body work done after getting into a hit and run.

The car looks like new.

Complaints? None really, they could just answer their phone more often. I have to call a couple of times to reach an advisor. Most likely because it's a busy dealership, but that's no excuse.

Great place. Go here. Not any other BMW shop in LA. Especially don't go to Beverly Hills, they scratched my whole side panel when I took it there for a service.

My husband and I went to beverly hills bmw. They where horrible! We where in the market of purchasing a new BMW, but didn't want to deal with Beverly Hills BMW again. We saw a car that fit our budget and style on Centry West BMW website and decided to go view the vehical. When we went there we where greated very friendly. They where great with hospitality! I didn't feel rushed to purchade a vehical, and they where kid friendly. Zack is our "Go to guy!" The finance manager was very cool and professional also. He didn't try to bribe us into additional contracts and the process was smooth. Looking to purchase another vehical, and we will go back their.

Great and efficient service. I ve been to other local dealerships, and even with an appointment, they take forever getting you into your loaner and on your way. Steve Smithson is a great service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and communicative, when it comes to what needs to be completed. Definitely would recommend their service department to all BMW owners.

Neil wa awesome!!! He stayed late just to meet us and help us take home the car. He went over and beyond to make sure we were happy and even followed up the next day to make an appointment with their genius support to go over all the functions of the 530e. We will definitely look for him next time we get a bmw.

Doug was professional and pointed out a ding on my car so there was no disappointment at pick up. Loved the complimentary Uber service so I could get to work. The retrieval of the car went smoothly at pick up. I was in and out in 5 min.

I had moved from out of town and went to Century W...

I had moved from out of town and went to Century West dealership for my car servicing, as it was the closest to my home. After I received my car, I noticed that there were small dents in different places on the front of the car. I reached out to my service adviser and after some back and forth, he asked me to bring the car in for review. There I was told that they'll review the security camera footage of when my car came in to see if the dents were already there on my car or not. Few weeks pass by, I don't hear back from Century West, I called my sales adviser few times and left voice messages but didn't get any response. More than a month had passed. I called the front desk and asked for their help. I was then told later that my case was closed and the card already had dents when it came in. This made me very furious that they just closed the case without even bothering to tell me. To me, it sounded like the tape was never reviewed, so I called the front desk person to let them know that I wanted to review the footage as well. It's been more few weeks and I haven't heard back from them either.

I was incredibly disappointed by the customer service at this dealership. The last BMW dealership I used to take my car to, had very high standards of maintaining excellent customer service (for three years that I went there). I was surprised to see this kind of service at a BMW dealership. My wife also drives a BMW so I've now decided to take my business to the other BMW dealership which is a little far out but they do a much better job at servicing and providing good customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially my friends and family.

Long story short: Ensure you have the right sales advisor because all contact with the dealership even after the sale will be initiated through them. I am truly dissatisfied with my interactions with Don Engle after my purchase. It was not until I contacted management, and eventually BMW of North America that I saw any type of action. I have been in a loaner for 24 days because of the inaction of Don Engle and his inability to follow through and ensure the complete resolution of my issues. This rating is based on the poor communication between sales and service at Century West and the lack of accountability displayed by Don.

Took a test drive on 20th Aug 2016, Liked one car and updated that I will give my decision by Sunday noon and called at 11 am to inform that I need some time to think over it. Car price was fixed on Tuesday, as I live in San Diego so it was quite difficult to go on weekday to make a deal so informed them that I will come on Saturday for deal but somehow I due to personal reason I had to cancel the plan but informed about the same and on the same day I spoke with 2 representative and confirmed that I will come Sunday with check and make a deal. Spoke with Representative on Sunday 10.30 am and again confirm that I'm coming by 3 pm and I left home by 11 am for LA from San Diego and when I was in the middle of my journey to LA I got a message from dealer that the car has been sold to other customer

Also , the manager, Salar was very helpful from day one I came to this dealership to find my desired year and model of the BMW . He is very knowledgeable and efficient person.
Overall I had a great business experience with both Salar and William.

The worst customer service ever. I even gave a dealer complaint to BMW. I m 100% sure the the highest reviews are all fake.

They don t even deserve a single star.

Purchased a vehicle from them, they just don t care about you once you sign in the papers. I had to keep calling 1000 times just to speak to the manager about the issues. They keep saying he is going to call you but you never hear from them.

Everything is too slow, shipping, titling process and you name it. I wish I didn t purchase the vehicle through this dealership. I definitely not recommend them.

I came here to buy a new 320i last weekend and was very impressed by the venue, the staff, and the accommodations. The staff were very amiable and made sure they helped you with everything you needed while making sure you were comfortable. They answered all my questions and constantly offered me coffee,water, food, etc. Not only are the sales people really friendly, but the finance department and everyone I interacted with were helpful and gave me special attention. At the end of the day, I was very pleased with the deal I got for my new car and would recommend friends and family to come here when buying a bmw.

Absolutely the worst experience in my life! These people are shysters! The sales person lacked experience and made a HUGE error in the pricing and then refused to even acknowledge his error. He could have at least apologized. The sales manager had a big attitude and told us he had already met his quota so did not care if we bought the car or not. I told them I would buy the car, just wanted them to acknowledge their error. They said NO and we left at 8PM on a Sunday evening with no car! We bought similar car 20 miles away the next day but feel the world needs to know the tactics of this dealership is not good. The bait and switch tactics, changing prices on the contract, etc don't work in today's market place.

I was having more issues from my 2007 bmw then I realized. When I came in to Century West it was as of the car new where it was because it registered another indicator that wasn't there before. It needed a new battery registered to it and there was an indicator for the safety wiring that didn't reset properly after charging and recharging the battery I had in it, my fault. Anyways, after the diagnostic check and me being aware of the new radiator problem, these guys made it so my car would continue to operate until I had the money to fix those issues and the new indicated icon. They where very understanding and helped in anyway they could. I appreciate there abilities and problem solving experience. Thx.

This place is a rip off.. The sales managers are dishonest. I went for a oil changed service and charged me $695.00. When I got my car back the drive mode option suddenly stop working. They wouldn t own up to it instead wanting to charge me another $295. These people will take advantage of you so please be aware. I will never go back nor recommend anyone to go to this place(Century West BMW North Hollywood).

My husband and I purchased 2013 BMW X5 5.0 about two months ago and it was a wonderful experience! The parking lot is a bit chaotic because of its limited size, but once you enter the building, the ambiance was relaxing and didn't feel pushy or snotty like some of the other BMW dealers feel. We just felt at ease as we sat and chatted while dealing on the price. My husband used to be a mechanic so he's a real stickler about little details. Our salesman and the used car sales manager did an awesome job taking care of even the smallest things my husband pointed out and gave us a loaner car for a week while they fitted our car to be a CPO delivered it on time as promised. We will definitely consider them again when we are ready for our next BMW!

I been searching to buy a car for few months and I finally got the best deal to lease a new i3 BMW. Mack was the salesman that was helping me he explain everything and showed me all different cars and options and I decided to tryout an electric I3 they were so great and let me get a loner with no charge and after my great experience I' decided to get my car from them and it feels amazing. Thanks again Mack for all your help. Highly recommend!!!!

Great service experience! Steve Smithson was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. My loaner experience was also seamless and easy. I loved the upfront communication about the issue I was having with my X3 M40i. I will be back and hope to work with Steve again!
