What a great spot! Nicely adorned rooms with plenty of space and amenities. Service was very attentive. I'll certainly consider here again.

Loved our stay here for three nights. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was great with a top view too. We didn't use the dining room, but the cafe was quite good. Town and tourist busses stop out the front which is very handy.

Friendly staff, clean and great location. Free apples at the front desk!

We were upgraded for free and got an awesome suite! Went downtown for my sister's birthday and had a great time, awesome hotel!

Extremely Reasonable Price for 3-bed, Quite Large Room with Very Simple Interior, Fully-equipped Kitchen BUT Noise-exposed Environment (Right Next to Hospital)

The room was nice, the location good, the staff polite and helpful, and the rate low (especially if you stay long enough to take advantage of the weekly rate). I didn't try the spa or restaurant.

The good - the location is amazing, the staff are awesome and it's that rare type of restaurant with actual good food in its building. It's a hotel I've stayed at several times and always been happy with! The bad - since not all floors are renovated sometimes - like my most recent stay - u get stuck in an older room. While the view is nice the bed is old and springy and the shower has almost no water pressure. So make sure you ask for one of the newer rooms - but still a great value in DT Vancouver!

Beautiful rooms. Showers/baths are a bit lacking in the suites, but I imagine most people are there for the spa, anyways.
