We worked mainly with Shahin who did a lot of work finding us the perfect home. We were extremely picky but he managed to find a home that was everything we wanted and provided invaluable guidance on what to offer and when. We also had some interactions with Hailey who was very quick to respond to messages and always went above and beyond answering all questions with as much information as possible. Without these two we never would have purchased this home and we couldn't be more appreciative of both of them

Hired by Jass Maan, he refuses to pay for photos in his current listings. He is sneaky and unprofessional. Would not trust him to list your house.

The agent, Arthur Tkaczyk, is attempting to sell an occupied two story building with just three apartments. He has failed to give notice on numerous occasions. One instance resulting in the illegal entry of the basement unit. He is, in my opinion, doing the client a great disservice in many regards. We have had more no shows than actual viewings and when this happens, there is no courtesy call or text to let the tenents know there will not be a viewing. We have allowed the viewings thus far without the legal written 24 hour notice, just text messages, which are all brief and telling us when the viewings will be, not asking. This courtesy we have given Arthur and Century 21 has not been appreciated. On multiple occasions, Arthur has accused us of changing the locks but has also admitted that he and Century 21 are not in possession of working keys. I find Arthur s personal conduct and that of his superiors, who have been made aware of his unprofessional conduct and harassment, to be lacklustre and far below industry standards.

DANIELLE O'DEA is who we have been working with for so long. She went above and beyond to work with us to find the perfect home for us. After us constantly being very picky and arguably probably one of her most frustrating clients to work with she never complained or hesitated to view any house that we requested. If you want a real estate agent that works extremely hard I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Just don't deal with Mustafe Unprofessional. Disappeared and disconnected phone close to closing Shame less.Very incompetent realtor do not engage any Realtor from this business they are not trustworthy. We suffered huge losses.

Do not trust Alex Mohseni-Khalesi, especially if you are selling to one of his clients. His deals are not to be trusted, and he will disappear on your agent.

Andrew Stinson is an extremely unprofessional realtor. Stay clear from this realtor as he is more concerned about his pocketbook rather than the client. Stay clear and use any other realtor.

If you're looking to buy or sell, I would highly recommend a C21 realtor. In my experience they are knowledgeable, pay attention to detail, professional quick response time via phone or email , they possess great skills to build lasting customer relations.

SEBASTIAN DZWONCZYK Is a waste of time. I inquired about a new build in Summerside area. I am from Toronto. I asked him about upgrades for the proposed property. He told me we can discuss it when I meet him at the open house.

I drove down from Toronto for this. When I got there he was on his phone at the same time talking to me. I asked him about the upgrades, he tells me no upgrades, it is a cookie cutter house, you have to choose from the colour palette . So why did you waste my time? Could ve told me over phone or email that there are no upgrades available. He then becomes arrogant and says the model sells and continues to be on his phone again.

How to do you expect anything good to come out of an individual who shows no respect?

This child should be fired and stay out of the business. He carries a bad image for agents.

Buy from anyone else but him! You will make the biggest mistake on the biggest purchase of your life!

During the times of find a home, I don't have to explain to you that it gets extremely stressful. Not only are you questioning where you are going to live but the uncertainty of the individuals you interact with, are they only seeing you as a source of income?

We've gone through many agents that only see you as a number or a transaction. This makes trusting someone who you just met a difficult process; however, Bowen was different. She listened and understood our values we sought after, always going above and beyond to make sure both parties were satisfied.

Bowen has set a new bar for us and quite honestly, can't see ourselves seeking another realtor unless she retires.
